everything is perfect with the exception of one thing below, but I'll point out the good things first: - absolute wonderful location, super near town center, the popular fish market, the tourist shopping area, the malls, JUST RIGHT there with the best location ever - good clean nice apartment just good enough for a couple or 2 friends. if you have a 3rd maybe yall can squeeze on the bed together or 1 can sleep on the sofa one thing to note: the house is location on top of an extremely steep treacherous slope, for ppl like me dragging my big ass 20kg luggage from the train station I was absolutely dying & panting by the time I reached the airbnb because of the insane slopes & how I had to drag my luggage all the way up. it was horrible but I guess I lost alot of calories from that workout up the slope lol!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Bergen, the tram into the city centre runs from outside the building. The supermarket and bakery in the same building means you don’t have to go looking.

Super apartment in great location very close to local amenities (supermarket / restaurants) just behind the Bryggen area. Great communication, key safe right next to front door therefore easy access to property. 39 steps to front door to keep you fit! Very close to the boats and local transport - had super trip on the funicular train for a spectacular view overlooking the city and a great walk back down. Loved Bergen!

Loved our stay in Bergen! This apartment was a perfect location. Incredible historic buildings, we had alot of fun wandering. A quick walk to the bakery, Bryggen, what ever you want to do. The apartment was very comfortable, and clean, and had a bench outside to relax at the end of the day. Would for sure stay here again!

Lovely place, home from home nice things for the first day in the fridge. Everything we needed was in the Apartment. Bring your ear plugs, lots of young people on the street when the weather is good. Will be back😎😎

Great stay in Bergen, super close to the fish market and city centre, just 10 minutes away walking. 100% would book again, I recommend.

A great apartment in a fairly central location in an older part of the city - pretty area. Easy to explore Bergen on foot from the door, and good transport links to Flåm/fjord cruises. Very relaxing place to stay comfortable bed, powerful shower, well furnished and equipped, and pretty quiet. Having a Kiwi supermarket very close was so convenient. A fabulous view of Fløyen mountain top from the sofa! We definitely recommend this place & thank the hosts for the prompt and friendly communication throughout :)

Johannes’s place was perfect! Check-in was super convenient and even allowed me to pick up a few things from the market. Everything I needed was available, including for cooking and laundry. The location was absolutely perfect and really easy to get around. Johannes was a great communicator who responded fast and made sure my check-in went smoothly. After traveling for several weeks and being in some very busy areas, I planned to be in Bergen to have some quiet time and be still, and Johannes’s place was absolutely perfect. I appreciated the elevator and having coffee on the patio too!

We were here for a month and it was wonderful. Felt like our home from home. Such a cosy but modern home and perfect for hikes up the mountain. Can’t wait to come back!

Hege is a very nice and friendly host. The place is great, it’s cozy, clean, comfortable, with a nice water view. We enjoyed our stay, and we definitely recommend Hege’s place!

Daniel was an excellent host, quickly preparing the apartment for an early check-in. The apartment is well located, within walking distance of supermarkets, public transportation, and Bergen's main attractions. It is spacious, with a large bathroom, and provided our family with a very comfortable stay. We had a great time there!

We stayed at Lars’ apartment during our vacation and I’m so glad we chose his place. The apartment was so cute and comfortable and has a fantastic view of the harbor. The street it’s on was charming, just a beautiful location that really gives you a feel of what it’s like to live in the city. Lars and co host Darren were so friendly and helpful, they gave us several good recommendations for what to do while visiting. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bergen!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment is comfortable, well-appointed, and has nice views of the surrounding mountains (we particularly enjoyed taking those in from the apartment’s balcony!). The location is also excellent - a nice, quiet area close to good cafes and restaurants and to the nearby university gardens, and an easy walk to the base of the funicular and to Bryggen. The hosts were super responsive and made the whole process easy. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

Very nice house. Absolutely comfortable. Felt like at home. Cecilie was very kind to allow me late check out. She also helped me to park my car for 10 days before my check in date (when I went for 10 days cruise from Bergen).

We are so happy we found this place! Great place where it was easy to find peace, both outside in the garden and inside. Very pleasant hosts who enhanced the experience of feeling welcome and at home. Great communication throughout. We will definitely book here at a later time. I highly recommend both the place and the hosts to others!

All in all a fantastic nice weekend in quiet and beautiful surroundings. Short distance to beautiful nature, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, welcoming and friendly host who could both tip us about hiking opportunities and turn off a friendly chat. We had a fantastic stay in Bergen. The apartment was very centrally located, close to the action and transport. Our host was very informative and excellent at replying. to communications. The apartment was perfect for us, small kitchen where we could store food and have the utensils to whip up breakfast and lunch, and a nice tv that had all kinds of apps loaded that we could log in to. We watched some of our Netflix while we were there. The couch pulls out to a very comfortable futon, I prefer a firmer mattress and it suited me just fine. The shower was so powerful it jet washed me, loved it. The roof deck is a great little area to just sit and relax and enjoy the sights over Bergen. We did the Vidden hike from Ulriken to Floyen and we could see our route from the rooftop. I would strongly suggest a stay here if you want affordable, comfortable, well located pad, to sleep and prepare for excellent adventures in and around Bergen.. :O)
