The apartment by the lake in Damsgårdssundet, has a short distance to the city center over Lillepudden (walking and cycling bridge) and Nygårdsparken. There are also good connections by bus and train. Approx. 10 min. walk to the city railway towards Flesland. The apartment is located under the mountain Løvstakken, one of Bergen's 7 mountains. Løvstien (hiking trail) is about 6 km long and runs along the foot of the mountain. Across the street is the EVO gym. It is a 2-minute walk to the grocery store (Kiwi etc.). There are also dining places and several take-away places on the street.

Short distance to Old Bergen, as well as great hiking trails nearby. Good public transport with bus stop right next to (about 2min), and short drive to the city center (3–4 min). The apartment has its own parking space. The building is equipped with an elevator. No smoking and no pets allowed.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
