Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Berkeley Township

The place is fresh with a beach theme, lots of natural light and a peaceful white, cream and aqua decor. The space is open and welcoming and very clean. Everything you need to feel at home is there. Kitchen is sort of divided which is great for containing heat when running the oven or stove on a hot day. Loved having a dishwasher. Air conditioning in all spaces. Spiral staircase to second floor is a bit tight but also fun and different. The neighborhood is sort of tucked away so it is quieter than other areas in a town that can get very busy in the summer. We were off season so it was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk or bay sides of the peninsula. Grocery store about 1 mile away. Chris responded in minutes to any question and was very helpful. Would love to come back!

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful house! Natalia's place was the perfect home to share with my group of friends as we came back to Princeton for our 35th Reunion. The space is welcoming, the bedrooms cozy, and the location super close to Princeton. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is excellent! We very much enjoyed our stay and would be glad to visit again. It is spacious, well equipped with all items for all occasions, and nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and convenient. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet only a 10-minute easy drive from Princeton.

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

My family and I had such an amazing experience in this gorgeous LBI home. There was plenty of room for us and the space was really clean. My nephews aged 4 and 6 were always entertained in the backyard! It is the perfect place for little ones to safely explore and play. You can tell it is a family/child friendly rental- but I can also envision my friends and I renting here and having another great experience! Our host Michael and his staff are the exact kind of hosts I hope to have when renting. They truly trusted us and let us enjoy our stay! When we had questions they responded quickly. The house is modern, seems to be brand new, super clean and clutter free. Anyone can feel at home here- I know my family definitely did! Perfect for our stay with our 2 small dogs. Could walk to restaurants and to town with cute shops and coffee etc. Easy to get to, easy check in, easy to get to beach.

A group of friends and I stayed in one of Kishore’s units in Seaside Heights to celebrate my 26th birthday with some good old fashion boardwalk fun. This location was conveniently located for just that! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool and sun room. Kishore and his son Anish were very pleasant in all of our correspondence and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at another one of their units!

Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

We had a fantastic stay at Bill and Dee’s place in Ocean Gate, NJ! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway with our dog, Max. The location was perfect—just a short walk to local spots. Bill and Dee were friendly, responsive hosts who made the whole process easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept rental near the shore!

A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect for what we wanted. Barnegat light is the quieter end of the island, except for when the siren goes. Well appointed & comfy place to stay. Thanks again Mike!

We had a great day from start to finish Jaclyn was more than accommodating. She thought of everything and was responsive throughout our entire trip. She was flexible with check-in and check out, which was super important for us. The location was great and walkable to local bars and restaurants as well as the beach and Bay. Wendy’s place was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time. Wendy was always responsive and even lent us some supplies we forgot to pack which was super helpful! The house and backyard were beautiful, the view from the patio was to die for, and the fire pit was so nice to have at night. I can’t recommend booking with Wendy enough, we will definitely be back!

Sara is a fantastic host. The location is walkable to all that Princeton has downtown, and the house has everything that we needed for young kids including a pack-n-play, high chair, and child plates / silverware. We would definitely stay here again!
