Composed of two bedrooms, a living area, and a vintage-style kitchen, you can prepare your meals or access the many Chablis restaurants.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. It is composed of a large living room, with a fully equipped fitted kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, etc.), a dining area and a TV area with a sofa bed. The accommodation is composed of a living room and a "parental bedroom" with shower in the bedroom. The property also has a veranda converted into a summer living room. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate. The accommodation is 3 minutes from Chablis, 5 minutes from the A6 highway and 15 minutes from Auxerre.
