We rent the main part of our family house during the holidays. It is fully renovated with a large garden and a large terrace. Fully equipped, ideal with children. One hour from Paris and one hour from Rouen. The house is split in two. My husband will work in the other part, the door that gives access to this side of the house will be closed. Charming accommodation in the old school of Martagny. A small peaceful village on the edge of the forest near Lyons-la-Forêt. On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. On the ground floor, a wine cellar offers nice little dinners and welcomes you on Friday and Saturday nights.

The attic room with exposed beams is above a part of the house. You can enjoy the garden behind the house. Gisors, 4 km away, where you will find: shops, supermarkets, restaurants. I have a garage to store bicycles.
