Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Beroun District

The views from the unit are magnificent! Each of the rooms has a lovely view and comfortable beds. We enjoyed time spent on the balconies with our family, admiring the Prague skylines. The unit is decorated beautifully and situated in a nice quiet area, close to all the sites we wished to visit. We appreciated the quick response time from the team whenever we had questions or concerns. We highly recommend staying here - just book it if you are looking!

Loved it. Super clean and well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space for 3 couples to chill. Abdi was both responsive and understanding when our plane was delayed, happy to rearrange check in arrangements and then spend some time with us sharing his local knowledge and restaurant recommendations: we ate at two of them Lokal and Tobruk and they were both great. Location is perfect for the tram network, only minutes from a major Metro interchange. Public transport transfer to/from the airport takes less than an hour and is very straightforward. If you are happy to walk then this is a great location for Old Town, Wenceslas Square, the Castle and Charles Bridge. Everywhere felt safe to us even though it was our first visit to this beautiful city and the country. We bought some of the best brioche we've ever eaten from the bakery on the main road to the left and Siberria (just across the road and to the right) has a phenomenal range of craft beer

Tomas' place is beautiful. It is exactly as shown in the pictures and is more spacious than you can imagine from them. He was an excellent host, very responsive and super helpful in securing a high chair for our son at short notice. This was massively appreciated. When we come back to Prague we will check if Tomas' place is available before looking at any other accommodation options. Thank you!

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in het appartement. Vlakbij metro, trams, supermarkten en bezienswaardigheden. Het appartement is volledig. Het dekbed mag wel iets groter (die is net zo groot als het bed zelf, waardoor je ‘s nachts nog wel eens aan het dekbed moest trekken om deze terug te krijgen van je partner 😉).

The place is very clean and in a new building, which is in a modern neighborhood. The parking place is a real treat as parking can get quite pricey near the city center. The kitchen is well equipped for a shorter or medium stay, while the combo washer and dryer allow you to pack lighter and do some laundry on the spot. Also, even though you can't see it in the pictures, there is another small room in the apartment where the washer is located, and here you also have some closet space to unpack. The balcony is lovely and is a great spot for enjoying the morning coffee and a bit of fresh air. You can reach the city center in less than 30 minutes on foot, while there are plenty of tram and subway options 5 minutes from the accommodation.

Our second stay in this immaculate, superbly furnished penthouse with very large terrace with panorama. A generous supply of coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets were the icing on the cake!

If you like special places quiet and having certain level of privacy do not hesitate and go for it! Location is perfect, the area is beautiful. House is very well equipped with everything you need. Alena is a great host. You will enjoy the romantic atmosphere, warm fireplace green territory and small nice sauna. Fantastic time here. My recommendation!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und fast jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Den Pool und die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. Sehr praktisch waren die Garage und die Stellplätze vorm Haus. Wir würden wiederkommen und können das Haus für eine größere Gruppe empfehlen.

Moc děkujeme za pobyt. I když nám většinu víkendu propršelo, dokázali jsme vymyslet aktivity v okolí, když se na chvíli umoudřilo, využili jsme ohniště a hřiště, šli jsme na procházku. Děti moc bavily hračky a zvířátka. Jeden večer přestala téct voda, ale majitelé rychle reagovali a za chvíli jsme měli teplou vodu. Postele byly moc pohodlné. Kohout byl ráno zajímavým prvkem =) Děkujeme!

Kornelie vermietet nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft, sie vermietet ein Zuhause. Von Anfang an hat einfach alles gepasst: - Persoenlicher Check-In mit Erklaerung von allen notwendigen Dingen - Sie hat individuelle Wuensche erfuellt - Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand - Ausstattung koennte nicht besser sein, besonders in der Kueche. Ausserdem extra Bettwaesche und viele Handtuecher. - Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation vor und waehrend des Aufenthalts Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Familie kommt und laenger bleiben moechte. Es gibt in 2-3 Fussminuten einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Fussballtoren und Basketball Korb. Wir haben einen Fussball und Basketball dort gelassen fuer die kommenden Gaeste. Kornelie, Vielen Dank fuer diesen tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt!

Eine sehr schöne, stylische und äußerst saubere Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt, Zucker, Salz, Gewürze, Tee, alles da, sogar Kaffeekapseln und Spülmaschinekapseln. Genug Toilettenpapier, Fön, Vergrößerungsspiegel, Seife… Mehrere Schlafkissen zur Auswahl, bequemes Bett. Und die Terasse ist ein Traum. Perfekte Lage, in der Nähe Lebensmittelladen Albert, Metro wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Unser Auto blieb in der Tiefgarage. Václav war sehr freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit, wir können ihn von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft! Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und freundlich! Ein früherer Check in war nach Absprache möglich. Gerne wieder!

Very nice house, super clean and modern!

I highly recommend this place - it’s very good standard, super clean, great facilities (AC included), overall very neat, tidy and pretty place to stay - all in a great price. Probably the best Airbnb that I know in Prague in terms of quality-per-price. Also, the hosts were communicative and very helpful - Nina and Alexey helped us out when we forgot to take some luggage from the apartment after checkout - thank you!!

Die beste Airbnb Wohnung in der wir je waren! Sehr groß, schön dekoriert und sauber! Wir waren 8 Tage dort und sind mehr als zufrieden. Besonders hat uns gefallen - kostenloser Garagenstellplatz (eng, aber mit Übung machbar) - Aufzug, gerade wenn man schwere Koffer/Einkäufe zu tragen hat - bequemes Bett - viele Handtücher& Bettwäsche - Waschmaschine & Trockner Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder :). Stayed in this apartment for a week and we absolutely loved it, if I lived in Prague I’d wanna live there. Tram and metro right round the corner, lovely eateries down the whole high street. Apartment was huge loved the bed with two duvets, TV and fully operational kitchen, lovely shower and the Air conditioning was AMAZING! Would recommend Jakubs apartment to family and friends as worth the price and the communication from Jakub was the best I’ve ever experienced. Helped with travel and replies very fast. We actually got a text off Jakub when we were at the airport that we had left some souvenirs behind and it’s brilliant to know the cleaner didn’t just pick them up and leave, that she actually contacted Jakub who could then follow that onto us. So so trusting and now we are waiting for them to be sent to us which is another amazing thing that Jakub is doing for us! When we come back to Prague we will definitely be staying at one of Jakubs apartments Thank you for everything Jakub!!

This is by far the best place I’ve been in Airbnb. Totally worth. You have everything you need inside and further, everything here is brand new, from the building to the linen, and everything is high quality, even the shampoo is high-end. The clean was perfectly done. The host team is very kind. You have a laundry in the building (paid). It is maybe a bit far from the centre (20 min) but Praha is very well connected so the distance is not noticeable, lots of tram/bus connections near. There is a very new mall just one station distance in tram, with a lot of shopping, food and supermarket. This is one of those place you feel you could live forever, this is top top top. This is those place where you think you could live forever, a super top place to stay.

Sehr schöne, große, sehr ruhige und sehr saubere Wohnung im 2. Stock eines renovierten Altbaus mit Aufzug, in idealer Lage, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Zum Pulverturm sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Karlsbrücke ca. 20 Minuten. Mit Hund erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten Grünflächen an der Moldau. In der Umgebung sind jede Menge Restaurants und Cafés, wo man gut und günstig essen und auch frühstücken kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Nahrungsmittel und Sonstiges sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man kurz vor dem Haus halten, Parken kann man ca. 300 m weiter in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage, für die wir von Štěpán ein kostenloses Ticket erhalten haben. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war zu jedem Zeitpunkt schnell und einfach, per Airbnb-Mail und auch per Telefon auf Englisch. Wir haben uns hier mit unserem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt und sagen herzlichen Dank. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, hat einen Lift und sauberes Badezimmer. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, da alles vor Ort ist. Von Spielen, Bücher, Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze über Toilettenartikel sowie Fön. Liegt im 5ten Stock und hat einen Aufzug. Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Sarah war eine super freundliche und sehr unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Ebenfalls hat sie zwei ganz tolle und sehr liebe Putzfrauen. Als diese gemerkt haben, dass wir etwas früher da sind, haben sie gleich die unterste Etage für uns fertig gemacht. Am Morgen meiner Anreise war Sarah erreichbar und hat mir Tipps gegeben, wie ich an den angegebenen Ort komme wo ich parken kann. Die Wohnung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben und es war einfach rundherum alles perfekt. Vielen Dank, Sarah!
