The stay was excellent. The apto fully corresponds to what the listing shows, clean, well organized, very good location, super helpful and polite caretaker, excellent host.

Accommodation according to the photos, all organized, very clean and smelling! Amazing sunset view, short walk to the beach and a short drive to the mall. Staff of the building, even of the beach service, were very polite. Tatiana has always been available and requests. We will definitely return!

Our family experience was sensational! Rodrigo is excellent, proactive, it made the schedules more flexible! The Beach is sensational, the fact that it is exclusive to the condominium offers us more security, privacy, it is clean and very familiar! The condominium is amazing, it has everything you need, it was the best beach experience of the Litoral Paulista we had!

Gustavo is a great host, super attentive from the start before the reservation, until after we left we were very well received with the clean and cozy space. We had great days in the Carnival period, less than 1 block from the beach, with beach service, the condominium very organized and well monitored, quiet. Upon arrival we were impressed by the cleanliness, airy, well-structured with cooking utensils and bedding! João very requested and fast to fulfill our requests. We'll be back for sure!

The stay was excellent! Vera was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and helped us with any questions. The apt looks like the photos: they are 3 main suites and 1 adapted service suite, which can be used for guests as well. The bedding was of great quality, clean and soft. Apt well decorated and tasteful. We went with young children and we had no problems. Wifi works, but it's not very powerful for video-conference if you go to work. For the basics, it serves well. Very close to the beach, with chairs service. Da to walk to the mall and restaurants. We hired an employee for cleaning and cooking and it was excellent as well.

Great apartment with sea view, the building is excellent, with many amenities, heated pool, SPA, dry sauna and steam, it has a space integrated with other buildings with mini market, beach tenis courts, restaurant. The only detail is that a suite is in the laundry room, but the room is air-conditioned was not a prblmea

Everything was good. Some repairs needed. But the place is wonderful. We will definitely be back.
