There are three bedrooms in the house and another optional in the building, with a total of three bathrooms and a toilet. Private pool, barbecue and freezer. In the Condominium there is a shopping center with restaurant, pizzeria, bakery, market, small bars, pharmacy, ice cream shop and etc. From the house to the concierge, only by car or free transportation (bus) that works all day long. On the beach, the kiosks provide a table chair and sun umbrellas with any consummation.
