The common areas of the building have gorgeous gardens, game room, pools, gourmet areas, pergolated with stools for a late afternoon chat. The apartment is beautiful. Beautifully decorated. It was spotless. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. A balcony with a lovely sea view. It has everything we need to cook, as well as towels, carpets, toilet paper, soaps, cleaning supplies. Very close by has a supermarket which was very helpful. The nearby beach is delicious. The apartment is very well equipped with utensils and kitchen equipment, beautiful dishes, pot games, etc. Exceeds listing description. From the balcony you see the sea and we spend very pleasant moments there. The condominium staff are very attentive and because they have two umbrellas per apt, we are very comfortable. Also, the building has the amenities described in the listing. The location is excellent and you cross the street and are already on the beach. Mauricio detailed the guidelines well and the check inn was very easy. The host was also flexible in fulfilling a request from us, which was a big difference. We will definitely come back and recommend hosting.

I want to thank all the reception and especially the host's education. By arriving at the apartment, it had already left cold beer and snacks for my Pet. About the site: Ótima location, neighborhood for those looking for quiet, a very familiar and quiet place, that's because I went to carnival times. Great bakery 3 blocks and market nearby. For those with a pet: there is a clinic 5 minutes from the apartment and has a petshop 3 minutes walking.

Our family experience was sensational! Rodrigo is excellent, proactive, it made the schedules more flexible! The Beach is sensational, the fact that it is exclusive to the condominium offers us more security, privacy, it is clean and very familiar! The condominium is amazing, it has everything you need, it was the best beach experience of the Litoral Paulista we had!
