My stay in Boraceia was very good! The building is very well located, in front of the beach. The apartment is great and extremely clean! The spaces are organized and well divided, with everything you need. The beach is very quiet, clean, family-friendly and the best part, it is pet friendly! The host Samara was very attentive and understanding regarding an unforeseen event I had with the dates of my reservation. I was immensely grateful for your empathy. I will recommend the property to friends and family, and I intend to return other times!

Great stay, we really liked the apartment. A good location to get around all the main beaches. We loved Indaiá beach and especially Riviera beach because our child loved the waves. We were very well taken care of, we liked the apartment's accommodations, it had everything we needed, even an air fryer.

The apartment is large and spacious, sleeps 8 comfortably. The location is excellent, standing in the sand with a very good view of the beach (3rd floor). There is a need for some maintenance that does not disgrace the apartment. Repeti the stay in this apartment.

The Vanessa Apartment is simply perfect, super clean, smelling. We found everything you need in the kitchen. The Gourmet area is spectacular, the ofurô made all the difference, we take rainy days and enjoy too much. My husband loves to barbecue and loved the gas barbecue and all the utensils. It was very worth it, our stay was perfect.

Top house and location.

The house is according to the advertisement, cozy, the air conditioning in the bedrooms makes it easy, because in the heat we can sleep well. In addition to the swimming pool that is quite warm In the lower toilets would be more feasible if it had a box, but it is still possible to take a quiet bath.

It was amazing to stay with our family at Monica's beach house, everything went super well and we were able to enjoy the place. Super recommend it, it was very nice!

We spent the Easter holiday (17 to 21/4) with the family. The house is like the description. We went in 10 people and accommodated perfectly. Maria is well worth hiring. We arrived from the beach and the house was neat, clean and with the food ready. Chairs and parasol are new. The pool isn't heated but we still use it every day. We do not miss any kitchen appliances. It has no dryer. Only Suggestion, although there is no tear, change the sofa in the living room. I found it low and a little uncomfortable. The colchoes have no smell, a positive point, but for my taste, I found it a little soft (tastes firmer). Reasonable bed, table and bath linen. Nao has a face and beach towel, these need to take. Shower and air-conditioning ok. Easy access to the mall house and close to the beach. The inner path to the beach is very beautiful and clean. The room underneath and one of the upstairs suites are without screens in the window (missed). The rest of the house has screens. Overall, it was great!

Our stay was very nice, as strengths I can highlight the location, very close to the beach, the condominium is very beautiful, cozy and with several leisure items, the host Guilherme, quick to respond, kind and flexible, the house although old is very spacious and served our group well.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Our family experience was sensational! Rodrigo is excellent, proactive, it made the schedules more flexible! The Beach is sensational, the fact that it is exclusive to the condominium offers us more security, privacy, it is clean and very familiar! The condominium is amazing, it has everything you need, it was the best beach experience of the Litoral Paulista we had!

I'd love to spend more days! Very cozy. I hope to be able to come back more often!🙏🏼
