This 'tiny home' is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you'll find Fresh Choice, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin Airport is also a 20 minute drive.

Greenbank Farmstay - Private and Peaceful!

Welcome to Greenbank! Our special slice of paradise only 20 minutes from Dunedin and 10 minutes from the airport - this is country living at its finest! Our place is nestled in the heart of the Taieri Plains on a 25ha working farm. The original half of the homestead was built in 1868, and while the guest accomodation was developed about a century later, it has been tastefully designed to replicate the character of the main home. Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark and can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. access to property does have a steep driveway but the view is worth it. Located just 4km from Mosgiel, 15 Minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Dunedin. We are situated in a quiet rural location and have a near new 1 bedroom, fully self contained unit. Sit and enjoy the sunny north facing deck and watch the lambs playing in the paddock. If you are attending equestrian events at the nearby Mosgiel Showgrounds grazing may be available for your horse depending upon season, please ask first, extra charges may apply.

Brighton Beach Bach

Perfect little get away pad in Brighton. With a renovated bathroom and kitchen, this one bedroom with two king single beds. It is great for a couple. A view of the ocean from the livingroom and deck and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is an old weatherboard charmer, with quirks reflecting its age. It is insulated and a cosy heatpump will keep the chill at bay on a stormy day. Please note that the fire place is not available to use.

Just 20 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes drive to Dunedin city centre. There is a Bus stop just a short walk up the road. This newly renovated space is clean, modern and comfortable. A good place to relax, perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

This studio room features a queen bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom and kitchen facilities (please see house rules for restrictions) along with a high standard of comfort provided by double-glazed windows and doors, full insulation and central heating. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up but with just one queen bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.
