In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. And on your return you can cook small dishes in the old way over a wood fire or prepare a good barbecue. All this while admiring a beautiful sunset, alone in the world, among horses, in the calm Burgundian countryside, a change of scenery is guaranteed!

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
