Holiday houses in Betalbatim Beach

We had a truly pleasant stay at this place! Check-in was absolutely smooth - everything in the house was shown and clearly explained, thanks to Mr. Lochan! Plus he gave a helpful scooter tour around for shops and other, and assisted in arranging my own rent a bike. The communication was excellent throughout, both before arrival and during the stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The house itself was cozy, very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen, though compact, was perfectly equipped so it had all the essentials for daily. All appliances, including iron, tv, A/C etc worked just fine. The overall atmosphere inside this gated society was calm and safe. One of the best parts was how incredibly close the sea was, that exit gate literally opens onto the beach. It takes just 2–3 minutes to get there on foot. I’m also especially grateful to Mr. Brian for his kindness and support - even he helped me with ride to hospital once I was in need

A really great place to spend some time away from the hustle n bustle. The sunset beach close to the property would the biggest highlight in my opinion. And ofcourse extremely gracious host! Would totally recommend.

Truly a gem but no good for day trippers because one needs to give oneself time to appreciate the beautifully restored house with its swimming pool and enjoy the warm hospitality of the hosts, the staff and resident pets. That apart, appreciation is also required for the neighbourhood - the quiet Majorda beach is within a reasonable walking distance, Utorda beach is a bit further away, the fields are picturesque and one can enjoy tramping along the paths intersecting them and the village. There are also some good restaurants close by when one needs a change from the otherwise excellent a la carte fare that can be whipped up to order. Charlotte, Simon and Priti steer the ship with a light hand but an ever attentive eye to detail and the well being of their guests.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and close from the beautiful colva Beach. Peaceful surroundings, friendly host, and all essential amenities made it a perfect getaway in South Goa. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and unwind!

Spacious house in beautiful location close to the beach. House is very clean, and caretaker is available for help and questions. Swimming pool well maintained and surrounded by nice garden, all really lovely. Recommended taxi driver George was a great help locally and so nice to chat with. Only downside was the mattresses, which are extremely hard and lumpy. They should urgently be replaced, l could only sleep by fashioning a mattress topper out of a spare quilt.

Amazing Stay in South Goa! Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Loved the peaceful view nearby and the perfect location. The best part? The beautiful, friendly cats that made our stay even more special! They were like therapy, adding a warm and homely touch to our trip. The host was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for a relaxing Goan getaway!

Clarissa and Rohin are a very sweet couple and I loved my stay at their place. The place is very comfortable and the hosts have equipped the accommodation with everything that you might need.
