Holiday rentals with beach access in Betalbatim

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was homely, clean, and spacious—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Its location is ideal, with beaches and great restaurants just a short walk away. Manjul is a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb property! The rooms and interiors are exactly as shown in the photos. I even extended my stay for one more night instead of going to or booking any resort. The double balcony is absolutely perfect, and the view is so peaceful. The place is incredibly well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need. Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit are all available at this location, which is super convenient. The staff member, Raj, is extremely helpful and kind. He always calls ahead and asks for permission before entering the house for cleaning. Special thanks to Raj! The hosts, Mishika and Shikha, are absolutely wonderful. Thank you both for being such great hosts. Had a memorable vacation, loved the stay, and would highly recommend this place!

Thanks a lot to Josephina ma’am for this great experience and stay in Colva, Goa just by the sea! The room was clean and tidy with daily cleaning service! The area is great with good veg and non-veg breakfast and lunch/dinner options around. Apart from that all services are available around like taxi, buses, bikes and kirana stores! Great location! Josephina ma’am guided us a lot in terms of the bike rentals! Thanks to her we also got an early check-in and late check-out which helped us relax extra and be more comfortable there! Thank you so so so much Josephina ma’am! Absolutely loved Goa because of our convenient location and great facilities and room there in Village by the Sea, Colva Beach Road! One of the best properties at the price point in south goa. we enjoyed the proximity to beaches and things to do. Will definitely recommend and be back on my next trip 👌🏽

good for a family of four feels like a home stay

You rarely come across someone who truly gets what it means to be a host. Shaeen was one of those rare gems. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like we weren’t just guests — we were family. She was incredibly understanding, always ready to help, and super clear with her instructions (which, trust me, makes a world of difference when you're tired and figuring out things in a new place). But what truly stood out was how she went above and beyond — at every step. There were moments when she could’ve just done the basics and we’d still have been satisfied, but she chose to go the extra mile every single time. The sweetest part? She even sent her mom to check in on us — just to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. ❤️ If there’s a “best host” title, I’d say give it to her already. She didn’t just make our stay smooth — she made it memorable.

Had a really nice week here, pool was cleaned daily and was big enough to swim in and enjoy, the beach nearby is beautiful and there are almost no people on it.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

The property was in a very good area and had all amenities. The host was very good and we always had someone to help us out with different things. The cleanliness was on point and there was sufficient storage area as well.

Hyacinth was accommodating from pre booking and even more friendly when we met him. He did not rush us at all and invested a lot of time in the beginning to make sure we had no other questions. Communication was brilliant and sometimes he would even respond within minutes. Always helpful and would get things resolved efficiently. Place was better than described in my opinion and clean was friendly too and we got along with him great. All you have to do is just tell him to clean where you require the most and he will do it. We will definitely stay with him again !

This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. Spent 3 nights at Zen island with family and we felt right at home. Since it’s situated in a peaceful and quaint surrounding of Benaulim, inside a gated resort with security guards, it felt very safe. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Cleanliness of the house was spot on and the kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the lush green view from the balcony with the sea in the background! There was parking spot available, the pool in the resort was accessible and open and the restaurant served great food. Trinity beach is a 15min walk away, very clean and secluded. Last but not the least, Sid was a welcoming, responsive and very helpful host:) All in all, a great place for a getaway with family or friends, if you wish to enjoy a few days away from the bustle of city life!

Dev is a wonderful host, who went beyond his way, to make us feel comfortable and welcome. the apartment is cute, clean, neat and quite airy - it was almost like living in your own space. Dev was always available on call and texts and was infact very accommodating to all our requests. He gave great recommendations for food and local shopping (cashews) and even advised us how best to navigate the city, especially when it came to finding a cab/ taxi. I really appreciate how patient he was with my friends and we might even come back here the next time we are in Goa! Thank you, Dev for being a part of our trip. :)
