We had such a great time at Asa Creek Cottage in Sullivan. The house was clean, spacious, and really comfortable—perfect for our group of friends. It had everything we needed to unwind after a long day out on Lake Shelbyville. One of our favorite parts was the back deck overlooking the creek—super peaceful and a great spot to hang out. We also enjoyed using the fire pit in the evenings. It made for a nice, laid-back end to each day. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax with friends and enjoy nature, this is a great spot. We’d definitely stay here again.

We went with 2 grandsons for 3 nights and never once got bored! The guide they provide contains everything you could possibly need about the house and the surrounding areas. Communications was instantaneous. We highly recommend this for anyone wants a peaceful getaway.

Our annual summer lake vacation with our kids and grandkids was a big success thanks to Shelby and Dan’s wonderful accommodations. The house is beautiful, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was the cleanest lake house rental we’ve ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). They live close enough to be super helpful but without being intrusive. Our entire family gives this place an A+ and we would definitely book again.
