Small, modern, and perfectly functional European-style apartment with private entrance in a nice, quiet and cozy neighborhood in Bethesda, MD. Our place is close to Navy Hospital, NIH and Walter Reed Hospital, all connected via public transportation. The Metro station is within 1 mile, as well as groceries and shops. Ideal for solo or business travelers, this independent apartment has everything you need. But most importantly, this petite apartment has character, oh, and we're nice folks too :-)

The apartment is on the lower level of a single family home, remodeled, quiet and comfortable. There is a private entrance, the apartment can accommodate a couple. In one area the ceiling is 6'3" High. It is within walking distance of Bethesda center and 2 metro stations on the red line, NIH and Walter Reed. NIH visitors: without a badge you'll have to register at the Visitor Center on Wisconsin Ave., those going to to the Clinical Center and Children's Inn may use the Cedar Street entrance.

One of the best 1 bedrooms in the building with the best balcony location right off Bethesda Row. Easy walking distance to Metro and includes one of the best underground parking spaces by elevator. Lobby was recently renovated and gym has all new gym equipment. NOTE - key is provided through a lockbox (rather than in person) and will need to be returned back to lockbox.

Our spacious, surprisingly bright Bethesda half-basement is nestled in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from Walter Reed, NIH, & the metro. Large windows offer a view onto a patio bordered with hydrangeas & evergreens; the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Samsung smart TV, & a desk. The Kohler shower head in the bathroom offers firm pressure and the mini-fridge & microwave are on hand for snacks. Short term rental license no. STR25-00162. Please note: There is no kitchen and no washer/dryer.

Breakfast items for first morning : cold cereal, fresh bagels and cream cheese, small containers of milk and OJ. One block from Rock Creek Park.
