Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Of hang in de hangmat en kijk naar de voorbij vliegende vogeltjes of wie weet bezoekt een reetje je wel. "Stuga Lisa" is een gezellig ingericht tuinhuisje achter in de tuin van Villa Lisa, in de Kempische velden. Aan het tuinhuis is een groot overdekt terras met de keuken waar het heerlijk is om te zitten. Je maakt in de frisse buitenlucht je potje klaar hetgeen de beleving nog zo intens maakt, zelfs bij minder goed weer. In de buurt kan je mooie wandelingen en fietstochten maken in de velden, bossen, langs de kanalen of rond de Molse meren.
