Yalcin was extremely communicative, making it an easy and comfortable stay. The walk to the third floor is a bit of a hike, but Hamdi came to assist both upon checkin and checkout. The hospitality both showed was excellent. The apt is in a bustling area and is a great value.

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the host was excellent — very quick, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and everything was clearly explained. The apartment itself is just perfect — ideally located on a quiet street, yet just around the corner from cafes and shops. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, but we were informed about that in advance — and honestly, the beautiful view is worth every step! You're just a short walk from the ferry dock, which makes it easy to explore different parts of Istanbul by boat. There are also many great sights within walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you might need, whether for a short or long stay. We combined work and vacation — and working with a view of the Bosphorus was pure joy. We would love to come back!

Had a fantastic stay! The flat was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and helpful. Great location too - T1 tram station, 5 minutes on funicular to Taksim square. Highly recommend!

Everything about Efkan’s place was perfect. It was a beautiful flat in a wonderful location; the views from the rooftop terraces were spectacular. Efkan could not have been more helpful in welcoming us upon arrival and assisting us throughout our stay - he regularly contacted us to check that everything was okay and gave us some excellent restaurant and cafe recommendations. On one occasion we requested an additional tea towel - a brand new tea towel was delivered to the door within ten minutes! Check in and check out were amazingly smooth. All in all, Efkan’s place is a terrific home in which to relax and from which to explore the magic of Istanbul.

Great stay - flat is right on the heart of Istanbul and was exactly as described. View was stunning and definitely the highlight. Apartment was very well equipped and host was extremely responsive.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Exactly like the photos. We had to book last minute as our reserved accommodation let us down and Edis was so helpful and responsive! It was a huge relief to find somewhere so comfortable. Lovely to come back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—exactly like the photos, if not better. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes’ walk from Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, and Taksim Square, yet tucked away on a quiet street that made it feel peaceful and safe. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay - quick to respond, full of local tips, and even left thoughtful touches like bottled water,. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great (which was a lifesaver in the summer heat).

Reyhan's place was fully involved in making our city tour perfect! Ideally located in old Istanbul, we were able to easily go back and forth between the places to visit and it, enjoy the surrounding restaurants (from the very good breakfast just at the foot of the accommodation to the aperitif in the vegetated courtyard of the Mansions a little further), as well as consider the majority of our trips on foot (to Taksim Square via the Galata bridge). Cozy, bright, very clean, well-equipped and spacious, it allowed us to rest when we needed it. And the icing on the cake, the terrace offers one of the most beautiful views, with, at equal distance, Sainte Sophie and the Blue Mosque. To be contemplated without moderation from sunrise to sunset without having to share this point of view with a crowd. In short, an address that we will recommend and certainly share with our loved ones in the coming months!

A perfect place to explore Balat and further afield. Our taxi from the airport struggled to locate exact address of property and his vehicle didn't like the very narrow cobbled streets!!

We had an amazing stay in Istanbul! The apartment is beautiful, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal — very close to the Suleymaniye Mosque and within walking distance to the tram, which can take you anywhere. Serhad was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Baris is a total gem. We had an extended four month stay. And he took good care of us. The apartment is excellent for Erasmus students and close to Bogazici university. It’s beautifully appointed , large for one person , spotless and easy to manage. It made such a difference having Baris nearby for any queries or help with the neighbourhood. I’m very pleased we found this and can’t recommend his hospitality highly enough !

Fantastic apartment, with a breathtaking view, perfect for a small group of friends. Everything went very well. Excellent location to easily get to the historic area (by boat) and explore the liveliest part of the city (the Anatolian part)

Two bedroom/two full bath apartment in the middle of the action - 7 min walk to the grand bazaar. The owner's uncle meets you to let you in and is very responsive if you need anything. The area is quite busy and full of traffic, but that is Istanbul. The apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator is a little small but it dose the trick. Not luxury but very comfortable and very clean.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

This Airbnb was a fantastic find! It easily ranks in my top three stays. The location was great, and there was plenty of space. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Honestly, everything was pretty much perfect. We did experience some minor internet issues, but I believe that was beyond the host's control. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

This is an amazing place, located very near Taksim Square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautiful. It has big rooms and fully renovated bathrooms. There is also a big terrace and a well equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. The instructions to check in are clear. I couldn’t find anything negative. Highly recommended.

It was easy to find. Thanks to the direct location. Overall, it was a good experience. It's in a good place in the neighborhood. It was on the ground floor, but the air conditioning was good, the bathroom was simple and clean, and the refrigerator was cooling very well. The seats were comfortable. I had no privacy issues, which was one of the important points for me. I am satisfied. Thanks again.

all in one it was quite okay, only the location was very noisy and unfavorable to public transport, so that every time a short distance to the bus station by taxi had to be made. The window could hardly be opened because it was really very noisy outside alone. The stove top could not be used because it was broken so that food had to be ordered every time or had to be taken away. The dryer was extremely littered and was not clean. In the washing machine there was still old laundry and has liked it, so that even these two appliances could not be used to us but was actually very important and decisive for the fact that we did not book a hotel room but an apartment. You can't do anything in the area. There were no options except a restaurant that did not appeal to us.
