Great location and even better host. Umut was very responsive and even dropped off a fan for the room and washing detergent. Apartment is located on first floor which is nice so you don’t have to carry bags up several flights of stairs. The A/C works great and the place was extremely cozy. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb apartments in Istanbul and this was my favorite. Would highly recommend.

Very good location, great host. He quickly responds and has helpful answers. The AC is great and works well, nothing to complain about. Amazing view from the roof, room has a window towards the road. Very recommendable 10/10 would book again!

I had a great stay, the Airbnb was close enough to easily walk or take public transportation to all major attractions, but still enough out of the way to be able to relax. The place was just as described and the host works hard to take care of the unit. For the price it was perfect. What really made this place worth every penny was the host himself. I was in contact a couple times. First, I had forgot my laptop charger at home and he quickly recommended several shops that were close by and might have one. Second I just got home and being a quieter are I could not find anywhere still open to grab some soda and wanted to know if they had like a door dash and could contact — he sent a guy over for me 20 minutes later with like a dozen cans of soda and juices and even some chips. Way above and beyond! If your vacation is about more than just a room to rent…. I would not hesitate in booking any properties this host represents!!

This isn’t my first stay at one of Umut’s apartments, and every time has been an amazing experience. The hospitality is always great and the flat is spotless, super clean, and really comfortable. I had only planned to stay a few days but ended up extending, it just felt right. The Bosphorus view is honestly next level, probably the best I’ve ever had from an apartment. The location is perfect too: just steps away from Findıklı tram station, Galataport, and the Beşiktaş ferry (ideal for crossing to the Asian side). Beyoğlu is also right there, one of the most lively areas in Istanbul. The building itself is on the famous “staired street,” which has become a social media hotspot. Inside, the apartment has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, and strong AC that kept the place comfortable throughout. As someone who works remotely, I’d definitely come back here for a long-term stay, especially thanks to the high-speed reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Apartement pour 5 personnes bien localisé dans Istanbul. Proche du tram qui va vers le centre historique et vers la place Taksim et tour Galata. Proche également à pied du quartier sympa de Balat. Hôte réactif aux questions et remarques. Bon équipement général mais les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux ( couverts, assiettes, casseroles, poêles) . Les chambres ont des rideaux mais peu occultants .

This was probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Between the incredible window view overlooking the water and the surrounding area, I was at home. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking meals at home. Several local markets and restaurants are nearby. I walked for hours in the neighborhood and still did not see everything. The cat on the first floor that guards the building, Haydut, became my special friend 🧡 The space makes you feel like a local tuned into the daily rythm of the community. But provides comfort of a home (couch and bed are 🔥). So much better than any hotel. I could have easily stayed a month. I came during Eid al-Adha, so some things were closed. But it was really cool to see the local traditions in practice. I see it as a sign to come back again! And I will. Thank you Gafur and Beyora Bosphorus for your exceptional hospitality and generosity. Also - if you are a solo female traveler, this is your spot. Come experience the magic of Cihangir ✨

Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

Staying at James's place has been wonderful ✨. The apartment is very spacious with beautiful interior and an amazing view overlooking Istanbul. Many sites in walking distance, and the whole neighborhood is vibrating with cute restaurants and shops nearby. James was so friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Die Aussicht war noch besser als gedacht. Mit kleine. Balkon. Sehr sauber und sehr freundlich. Ich werde bestimmt wieder dieses Zimmer buchen.

Leo konaklama öncesinden konaklama sonrasına kadar çok iiyi bir şekilde ilgilendi. Evin konumu merkeziydi ve manzarası fotoğraflardaki gibi güzeldi. Evde kalabalık bir grup olarak kalmamıza rağmen rahatça yerleşecek ve oturacak alan mevcuttu

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

قابلت الأخ بندر فقد كان دقيقا في مواعيده وخدوم بشكل كبير وكان متعاونا جدا وقد ساعدنا في اختيار المواقع المناسبة للسياحة وكذلك أرشدنا إلى موقع استئجار السيارة

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Всё понравилось, красивый вид из окна и станция метро в пешей доступности. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе на любой вкус.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Fantastic host, wonderful apartment and most importantly, the best value for money available. The flat is spotlessly refurbished to accomodate the needs of a large family, the internet was fast and reliable, the kitchen fully equipped and the living room cozy enough to never leave (although I'd advise against this 🫠). Overall, a stay to recommend and a host to compliment !
