Holiday rentals with a patio in B.F. Homes

The unit was small but served its purpose for a simple stay were you can sleep, relax and cook a little. Fridge was a great help in storing our geoceries. I liked how it was a few steps from the elevator and garbage disposal room. The host was also friendly and very responsive. 😊

Will definitely book again.

Place is nice! Felt like home. Check in is 100% hassle free and easy. Nice hosts and responds quick.

The unit is lovely and clean. My recommendatio is to provide for trash bin in the kitchen and bigger trash bin in the bathroom. Overall the place is good and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The interior of the place is beautiful, and it was equipped with everything we needed – complete furniture, appliances, and all the essentials which were especially helpful since we were traveling with our toddler. The place was also very clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. One of our favorite features was the hot and cold shower, perfect for our toddler who loves warm baths. The host was incredibly accommodating. She was always in touch, checking in to make sure we were settled and comfortable, and always offered to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again the next time we're in Manila!

It was a lovely stay with Nicole. I actually considered a lot of things before booking—the water heater, which works (though hopefully they can improve the water quality), and the washing machine, which made it so convenient since we didn’t have to bring our laundry outside. The reviews also helped; they had so many good ones that the single bad review didn’t really matter. Overall, it was a stay well worth it!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy haven! 😊 The elegant decor and spacious rooms made us feel right at home. The billiard table was a huge hit, and the variety of games provided endless entertainment. What really impressed us, though, was the impeccable cleanliness - every detail was taken care of, making our stay truly relaxing. The whole family loved it, and we'd highly recommend this place for a family getaway or a special occasion. Can't wait to come back!

I have never seen a place that is so complete during my whole 7 years with Airbnb. It's a 2 story 🏘 house with 2 bedrooms and it it even has a covered garage. Once you step inside practically everything is there no need to go to the store or bring things. Just bring yourself and that is it. Highly Recommended .

Even tho Rupert was over seas in a different time zone he was able to reply in a timely manner, the house is an authentic Filipino household and if you’re born here you’ll feel back at home if visiting from abroad . 10/10 would stay here again if needed

We had an awesome stay at Ava's Studio! I was able to book same day, and they even approved an earlier check-in time. The place was spotless when we arrived, and it was pic worthy! The hosts were very responsive too and made sure to check that everything was all right. Would 100% recommend to everyone looking for a well-priced, cozy, and comfy staycation place here in the South. :)

Thank you so much for letting me stay for two weeks! I needed a place to rest while my house is being renovated and this place served as my temporary bed and office. Got to sleep well during the day and at night I got to work peacefully. Will definitely consider staying here again if I ever need a place to stay nearby.

This place is gorgeous! It is very cozy and spotless. We loved how they decorated the place, it feels like home. 😌 We had everything that we needed. What also attracted me to book this place was that the amenities were free including the parking. And the location too, making it easily accessible to the restaurants and shops. The host, Ms. Abigail was very friendly and responsive. She made sure that everything goes smoothly from check-in to check-out. Matthew and his co-host, Marinel, are very responsive and easy to talk to. My daughter felt at home that she did not want to leave 😅 We had to extend for another day and we did not have any problems, including the parking space and the pool access. I had a great stay! The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and definitely worth the price. It offers a lot of great amenities, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is very convenient—close to many restaurants and easily accessible by public transport. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
