The place was exactly shown as we saw in pictures… Great hospitality and Divine experience of Ganga Aarti.. Overall a nice experience. The only problem was there was too much light in the room so could not sleep in day time

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The flat is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is within walking distance to the serene banks of the Ganga — a truly calming and meditative spot to relax and unwind. The flat was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even better was the host, Kunal — he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories!

Vinod Ji's hospitality was top-notch. He understood that we were travelling with a one-year old and he gave us a pretty early check-in to make sure we are properly rested. The property had mesmerizing views. Vinod ji proactively suggested us with places to eat and gave a great & economical recommendation for scooty rental. I had a very memorable stay. Wow! This has been an awesome memorable experience. Meena aunty is fabulous. She is a perfect host who takes care of your needs and fulfills it. Her apartment is perfectly located to enjoy nature and breathtaking view of mountains and river. On top of it is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. There's pretty much everything that you need and rest is a phone call away. Something which makes this experience ultra special is Meena aunty's personal touch. She makes you feel comfortable and treats you like family ( lot of care). During your stay she will keep checking if you need anything. Both Meena aunty and Mr Anand were superb. I felt special and would like to return again . Thank you

The property was exactly as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. It was clean, well-maintained, and the interior was beautifully done. One of the highlights was its close proximity to the Ganga and Triveni Ghat—made the stay even more special. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary items. I truly loved this place and would highly recommend it!

Property description: property matched the pictures and was clean and beautiful with very well-maintained amenities Host: very responsive host, even the caretaker (Rohit) at the property was very helpful and always a call away. he helped arrange breakfast and maintained the property well. Area & Locality: near Triveni Ghat (around 7kms) this place was quite private and perfect for family time. only slight negative was that the flow of ganges river was very low as compared to the pictures - as shown behind the property - apparently this is because there will be a ghat constructed nearby

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Shashi’s place! The property is nestled in a serene, peaceful locality with zero noise disturbances — a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. What made the stay even more special was the stunning location. The home is set right in front of a beautiful river, with a lush forest just across from it. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying a morning coffee with that view was truly magical. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Shashi was a gracious host — responsive, kind, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a calm, nature-filled setting. I’d definitely love to return!

Nestled amazingly in a viewable scenic beauty, Manish has been very cooperative, he let us check in early even, and we had to keep are luggage, he allowed that as well. I am definitely coming to this place next time if I get a chance to revisit Rishikesh. Reena didi and Prince have been very helpful as well. Describing the experience in just a word would be 'admirable'😍

Ansh has been a fantastic support and host. It's a newly made Airbnb. There is a gated apace to park the car and the you need to climb down 40 steps to reach the home. It's aesthetically done up, just like the photos with a glass balcony just before it opens up on an open air patio on the ganga bank. 24 hour caretaker takes good care of the house, is very thoughtful for our elderly parents covenant our dog. We will surely come back.

Extremely ulta luxury property and the most cleanest rooms and washrooms. Fabulous host who helped with almost everything which was required. Best part about the property is its location and the surroundings. Very much close to the main Mussorrie road ( walkable ) . haldiram’s and Nik bakers are 100 meters away. ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE ❤️

The location and placement of the property is excellent. you are amongst the greens with open sky and away from the hustle of your regular city life. A small stream adds to the pleasure. complemented with tasty food, it becomes an ideal stay

The property was exactly what was depicted in the photos. Host was proactive and super responsive. The view of Ganges was cherry on the top. Overall it was a comfortable stay and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Rishikesh.

The location and view are excellent. The apartment itself is beautifully done up, interiors are in a Bohemian style and very soothing. Reena ji was super helpful in coordinating everything. Our only gripe was that, the apartment infrastructure is not that well-maintained. For eg., in one of the bathrooms the shower was not working, which got fixed later on. Then that bathroom's sink had a drainage issue. On our last evening, the kitchen sink's drainage pipe disconnected, and water leaked all over the floor. Reena ji was again helpful, sending people to fix it - but we couldn't use the sink that evening. But as nothing is perfect, these minor grievances aside, stay was excellent, very calm with the magnificent views of the pristine Ganges from our balcony. That last part, for us, overrode everything else, which is why I still am rating it 5 stars! PS: Note that if you don't have your own transport, you are dependent on the local autos, which you have to call and book in advance.

a lazy staycation, family vacation, long weekends, whatever be the scenario. IKAI is a perfect getaway. Away from the hustle and bustle of prime time rishikesh, yet close enough by personal vehicles . very helpful staff and quite calm residence.

We had a bit of trouble when we first arrived at the apartment, as there was a mix-up and the room had been double-booked. We had to stay in a reserved room for the night, but Rahul was incredibly helpful and responsive—available 24/7 to assist us. Thanks to him, everything was sorted out quickly, and the next day we moved into a beautiful room that was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed just a phone call away. I stayed there for 6 days, and it truly turned into a relaxing vacation. Thank you, Rahul, for the lovely stay!

Everything was good. The place was cozy. The maid is a bit irregular, otherwise it is really good. The owners are very generous when it comes to any issues we are facing. the house was also beautiful, though a bit smaller than expected (can be due to the photograph angle.) Overall, a memorable experience!
