😇 A 10 pg article can b written on dis property, 1k words seems too little... few of the main points which touched my ❤ r listed below: 1 wide spacious room, that felt like my own bedroom. 2 fantastic interior done to put a dream on canvas, dat's y I felt I lived d host's dreams during my stay. 3 very safe and surrounded by a niche society whr evry soul appeared just fantastic 4 a quite peaceful place in the centre of city (clock tower) whr everything looked just at walking distance... 5 host's wr just fantastic, always available to help bt nvr bothering u and checking on u, yr privacy is well respected.. 6 u'll feel absolutely at home if u love 2 cook fr urself... evn if not, just order online n enjoy ur cool stay... 7 u can station here n cover all d nearby tourist attractions... 8 initially I felt little odd to learn u need 2 pay fr TV separately, bt soon I realized it ws a boon in disguise, as I chose not to bother n spent more time wid myself.. THANKS A TON FRM D BOTTOM OF MY ❤

Arun has excellent communication skills. Arun is very professional with his guests. He explained everything to me after I reached his location. Arun is a retired air force personnel(not sure about his post). We had a great conversation about his work. He is also an artist. He has made wonderful paintings. There was construction work going on which blocked the path to the homestay. Arun picked up my suitcase till the apartment. Arun was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sponge Dosas for me which was very tasty. The bedroom was spacious. The kitchen had all amenities. Arun had also kept eggs, butter etc. for the guests in the fridge. I also liked the terrace of the homestay. Lots of beautiful plants, and enough space to dry your washed clothes. Amazing view from terrace. All in all, it was a beautiful experience. I wish to stay here longer when I come next time.
