Kairi Vishranti is definitely for the nature lover, Mr. Abhay provided everything from Mosquito net, repellent to Hot water kettle, tea, coffee, milk powder and shower amenities. He also helped us in preparing our tour itinerary, and guided us where to visit and eat. The complimentary morning tea was great, and home cooked meals were tasty. Don't plan to visit Ganpatipule on Monday as everything is closed, also there is no electricity on Monday we took shower with cold water. It was pleasant stay and even our 2 doggies 🐕 enjoyed.

We were sceptical on the choice of place, but we're amazed by the level of hospitality. the people were really hospitable, and were really nice people. food tasted amazing, be it chicken curry or prawns, the cook knew how the pallet will like it. veg food was also great and a great cup of tea and coffee. the place is really nice, and allowed our pets to stay without any issues. they prepared chicken rice for our doggos and we all had a great time. amazing and peaceful place. loved it. will visit again for sure.

We spent NYE at Ekaant and would highly recommend Ekaant. The place is lovely surrounded by nature and very quiet. Nelson was very proactive and ensured that all of our queries and requests were answered straight away. The local caretaker was also helpful and the food was amazing. Ekaant is located a bit away from the main village markets but most places in Konkan are. It’s just something to remember in case you require anything like medicines urgently. Overall we had a fantastic experience and look forward to visiting again.

Well we were finding the place for family which is near to beach and this is the place. Villa was exactly the same as shown in pics. Neat and clean. Mr. Ganesh is very responsive and make sure you have comfortable stay. The villa is near to Ganpatipule Temple and Many attractive places. Very peaceful place and decent amenities. Caretaker Mr. Ramane and family are very helpful. They serve Good homely food and that too in ample quantity. Over all I will recommend this place to everyone who are visiting Ratnagiri.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The riverside property is peaceful, scenic, and exactly as shown in the photos—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s easy to find and away from the city chaos. Mr. Sitaram and his family were incredibly warm and helpful, always responsive and ready with great local recommendations. Fantastic place. Heaven for nature lovers and those who seeking peace away from city. There is mobile network too. However WiFi in common area can be requested. Food is very delicious. For bird lovers this is paradise, one can easily spot blu eared kingfisher, stork billed kingfisher, white throated kingfisher, woodpeckers, swallows , Indian crow pheasant, water hens. Total property is 65 acres approximately which has multiple plantations. Manager Jay can take you for walk around the property which I recommend you should. Overall a must visit place.
