We spent the most blissful Holi weekend with Ganesh and his parents. The sprawling 4BHK surrounded by greenery had my heart right from the word 'go'. Ganesh was extremely helpful in arranging for pickup, asking if I wanted dinner the night I was reaching or checking if I was comfortable. Ganesh's mom was the sweetest. Tai would flash us the warmest, brightest smile every morning before asking if we wanted tea. She also gave us homemade puranpoli on the occasion of Holi. The location is peaceful with Bhandarpule beach within walking distance. We also took an auto to visit the nearby temples, the Pracheen Konkan museum and Jaigad Fort. Anil kaka and his wife made the yummiest Konkani food for us at an extremely reasonable cost. Anil was also sweet enough to buy us Kokum or Mosambi juice whenever we went out with him. Ganesh gave us a beautiful gift hamper with cute little tasters of all things Konkan - juices, sweets, pickles, papads and what not. I can't wait to be back with my mother!

Kairi Vishranti is definitely for the nature lover, Mr. Abhay provided everything from Mosquito net, repellent to Hot water kettle, tea, coffee, milk powder and shower amenities. He also helped us in preparing our tour itinerary, and guided us where to visit and eat. The complimentary morning tea was great, and home cooked meals were tasty. Don't plan to visit Ganpatipule on Monday as everything is closed, also there is no electricity on Monday we took shower with cold water. It was pleasant stay and even our 2 doggies 🐕 enjoyed.

We had a wonderful time here. The property was well-maintained, exactly as described, and the staff went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The host was easy to communicate with, and forthcoming to make our stay better. Awesome food too! Would definitely look to return!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The riverside property is peaceful, scenic, and exactly as shown in the photos—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s easy to find and away from the city chaos. Mr. Sitaram and his family were incredibly warm and helpful, always responsive and ready with great local recommendations. Even in his absence, his daughter ensured everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this place for families, friends, or travelers looking for peace and comfort!

Such a sweet place to stay & great value for money. Homely food & your well disconnected from other world for good. Finding the place a bit difficult due to poor network (Airtel) range. We struggled a bit & finally got support from locals... Kalpanaji is well known in this place 😊. Book it & enjoy your stay .. Highly recommended...

Amazing property in the central part of Ratnagiri. The beach, the market, the fort, the station, the bus stand - everything is 5-10mins away. The room has amazing views and is very well maintained. Car/Bike parking facility is available too. From the top floor of the bungalow, you can see the sea. Highly recommended.

Situated in the midst of nature, calm and quiet place. Ideal for a relaxed vacation. Spacious place, can easily stay 6 people and can stretch till 8-10 people as well. Has all amenities for a comfortable stay. It is sparkling clean and well maintained. Internet is not available at many places around, so best way is to download offline maps to navigate around nearby tourist places and back. Daily needs need to be ordered in advance, unless they are stocked with the owners, as markets around 15-20 kms away. Food is served fresh, and is delicious. My family just loved it. Chandrakant Kaka, who manges this space is very friendly and helpful. Goes out of the way to help. It's fun chatting with him. This place has a lot of space around to play sports like Gully Cricket, Badminton, Volleyball and the likes. Tourist destinations like Aare Ware Beach, Ganpatipule are around 20-25 Kms away from here - making for a 45 minutes drive from here. And more places like Ratnagiri, Jaigad, are around 2 hours drive from here. You can enjoy the real taste of staying in a Konkan Village and at the same time having all modern day comforts, if you stay here. All of us enjoyed staying here, and will prefer staying here again, whenever we come back to visit Ganpatipule.

Madhura Tai and her husband are very cooperative and humble hosts. It was just like a complete family stay. They were very happy to serve us, providing us with all local guidance. The food quality served was top notch. Modak, their home made curd, buttermilk are some of the highlights which are must try. Definitely a worth visit if you are looking for simple yet peaceful time in the nature. Birds chirping in morning is as good as nature alarm to wake you up with a smile on your face.
