Relax in this unique and quiet place. A newly built beach house, stylish with two large, comfortable suites, a balcony on a wooden deck facing the pool, and a super nice, well-equipped gourmet area. We are one block from the beach, very close to the village and the best restaurants. The space also has a large lawn and indoor parking. The suites still have a large countertop for home office and broadband internet. For events book in particular.

The apartment is located in the Morada de Laranjeiras neighborhood, 950 meters from the Jaime Santos Neves Hospital, 6 minutes from the Dorio Silva Hospital, 16 km from Vitoria Airport and close to Manguinhos beach (9 minutes). The nearest shopping mall is Montserrat, which is 4 km away. My accommodation does not need a carbon monoxide detector.

Faça uma pausa para relaxar perto de tudo e a 800 m da praia de Carapebus. Infelizmente não permitimos visitas ( questões de segurança). O espaço comporta até 03 pessoas, porém devem estar devidamente hospedadas e registadas na opção quantidades de hóspedes. ( A casa possui regras, que precisam ser seguidas para uma boa convivência). Seja bem vindo (a) se veio para descansar e aproveitar o de melhor que a região tem para oferecer.
