No parties or loud activities allowed. No outside guests are allowed to stay overnight. No pets allowed. Do not put luggage on the beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom. This home has been lovingly restored. Please treat it with respect. Germantown is a mix use neighborhood with residents and businesses. Easy, cheap ride share to all Nashville attractions with a bus (WE GO that stops within .1 mile (just up the street) from the unit’s door and connects to baseball park/farmers market, the capitol/courthouse end of downtown. This is a newly renovated unit and everything in it is new. It is located near the campuses of Fisk University and Meharry Medical college next to historic Jefferson Street.
