Well what can I say. Holly & Oliver are absolutely brilliant. Very kind and got back to me messages quickly. The house was absolutely spotless. probably the cleanest Air b&b ive stayed in. The house had absolutely everything you needed. And also very sweet gift in the fridge. We will be staying again, and have recommended the place to family and friends 🧡

Excellent stay! Plenty of bedroom space and 2 bathrooms which was perfect as there were 2 families in our group. Can walk the dogs straight from the front door for hours which is prefect! Walkable to the Big sheep for the children and a local pub which is stunning! Kitchen table plenty big enough for us all and kitchen is very well equipped. Only thing I would say is the sofa in living room will only sit 3 adults. There are floor cushions and 2 single chairs (which were not comfortable to sit in for an evening) But if you don’t plan to curl up in front of the telly as a big group then this will not be an issue for you.

We stayed at Sarah’s for a wedding at Halsannery and Littleham Church. The cottage is like a rabbit warren with everything you need for a break. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all the utensils you could dream of! The decor is very cute and well thought out. Overall the house was spotlessly clean. I would advise to pack your slippers as the tiled downstairs was a bit chilly but that’s not a complaint in any way. Wish we had sunshine because the garden would’ve been a dream to sit out in! Lovely quick walk into Bideford over the bridge. Don’t let the lack of parking put you off. We stayed with a 1 year old and lots of bags and managed to pop the hazards on and unload outside before moving to the nearby car park which is very reasonable! If you have a wedding or event like we did - make sure you book a taxi in advance! Overall a wonderful stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you Sarah x

We had lovely stay ! Beautiful, comfortable home in a picturesque setting. Very well equipped, had everything we needed. Venetia was very welcoming and helpful. Incredible value. Would visit again in an instant!

Had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft and enjoyed several amazing meals out at places Lucy recommended. We loved the outdoor bath and spending time relaxing in the deck chairs on the little terrace. This area was also perfect for drying our wetsuits after surfing at Westward Ho! With Westward Waves surf school! The wet room bathroom was fab and there was plenty of room and storage in the house. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend to our friends!

A wonderfully furnished cottage in a beautiful location perfect for some rest and relaxation. Stunning estuary views not far from beaches and hillside walks. Ken and Laura were both extremely friendly hosts.

Lovely calm, quiet location, close to farm and field walks but also the coast. the cottage was beautifully finished with accurate & correct fittings and materials to compliment the age of the building. Highly recommend the local Farmers arms pub and fish & chips. We would visit again.

What a wonderful stay we had at Longlands. Both Sarah & Bee made us very welcome on arrival & explained all we needed to know about the treehouse & the 2 stoves. They even presented my son with a bottle of bubbly to enjoy in the hot tub as it was his birthday. We had a great time & really enjoyed the luxury glamping. It was fun ensuring the stove was stoked up every day for hot water & showers. Longlands is such a peaceful setting & the sunset & views from the BBQ area were amazing. We loved it so much that we will definitely book in again but for longer next time!

What an amazing place! We loved the wood burner and all the possible activities: hot tub, heated swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, crash mat, kayak, trampoline , horses, goats, chickens, and much more! it's the perfect place for a holiday with the family, the whole estate is a destination in itself.

The place was spotless and well maintained. Beautiful location with a route to walk/ trek nearby too. We had a great time during the stay.

We loved our stay at Anna’s place. It’s in the beautiful North Devon countryside but well situated to explore the rest of the area. We enjoyed using the pool but meeting the animals was definitely a highlight! We’ll be back to stay again :)

Really reasonable price considering other airbnbs in the area. We were staying here to play a beach volleyball tournament in croyde bay and the proximity was very appreciated. Seriously the CLEANEST airbnb I have ever stayed in, only wish we had more time to actually enjoy the space.

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Barn, superbly located for exploring the North Devon coastline and Exmoor National Park. Lisa was always on hand to respond to any queries and the accommodation itself was immaculate and well-equipped! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back ourselves!

Lovely place to stay ,we thoroughly enjoyed it,situated at the top of the park away from the site club and shop etc meant a peaceful stay for us , we walked down to the pub /Park a few times ... a ten min walk with a 3 year old ..

I came to the Christian Music Festival at St. Mary’s so it was very handy to walk from there to the church. It was just right for one person. I brought my dog and the courtyard was very handy to take him out into especially at night. Lights came on as we went out in the dark which was great. The cottage was very comfortable and clean.

Providence House was easy to find with a car park directly opposite. The rooms were light and airy and everywhere was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there was a lovely little welcome basket too. The beds were soft and comfortable with lovely linen. Probably the best feature of Providence House though was the amazing view down to the River Torridge, over the other side to East of the Water and the countryside beyond. Phil and Anna were great hosts. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

We wanted to extend our stay in the area at the last minute. We contacted Deborah quite late in the evening & she responded immediately. We are so pleased that we did as The Annexe is such a lovely spacious place to stay. Perfectly suited for us & our elderly spaniel We would certainly highly recommend

Me and my partner have just got back after spending 4 nights at the little barn. Everything was as described. The photos don’t do the size justice it is huge! More than enough space for 2 people. The decor is lovely and just to our tase. The shower is amazing! It was lovely to see the horses and pony right outside the kitchen and bedroom window. Also the chickens roaming freely. Everything we wanted or needed plus more was there, tea, coffee , sugar and milk for when we arrived, oh and the lovely farm fresh eggs, these were delicious! The kitchen is kitted out perfectly. The hot tub on the decking area was an added bonus, watching the sun set of an evening whilst enjoying an Aperol spritz was amazing. Also the bbq was a superb added touch. Philippa was a perfect host! There if you needed. Philippa also advised us of places to go, I can highly recommend Tavistock, a lovely town only half an hour away. There’s plenty of places to visit. We have already booked for next year!

Mark was very helpful, supplying snacks milk and water, often check we had everything we needed and let us keep our bikes in his garage. so all in all a very pleasant experience.

The cottage was just what we were looking for. It was easy to find, comfortable, clean, spacious, the garden was private and the perfect size for our little dog. The best welcome pack ever, it was close to all amenities. Lots of great places to eat. Lots of walks. We love North Devon and will definitely recommend and come back to the cottage.

We had such a brilliant stay – the place was absolute quality from start to finish. The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break. The building itself is stunning, with high-quality finishes and really tasteful decor throughout. Mike was super helpful and friendly, which made everything even easier. We also loved the thoughtful touches like the pastries left for breakfast – such a lovely surprise and really appreciated. Would 100% recommend and definitely hope to return!
