The all year house is located in the village Ruś, at the southern end of the Biebrza National Park. It is situated on a hill, by the Narew River, with a beautiful meadows and backwaters view. It is large area (over one and a half hectares), with a grove and two ponds - one is full of beautiful carps, roaches and tenches, the other one can be used for swimming. In a beautifully decorated house with oak floor you will find six bedrooms, large living room with a fireplace and a terrace room.

In addition, the house has, among others, air conditioning, a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and others. It has access to the lake - beach + pier. It also has a SPA (Finnish sauna, hot tub with massages, salt grotto) overlooking the lake.
