Kama left a card regarding our situating, which was touching. The stay was what we expected, and it worked out great!

Stayed in this unit many times. Make sure you have access to food somewhere in Ft Smith or are good with microwaving whatever you want to eat. Coffee maker is fine and the little fridge works great too but Ft Smith has limited restaurant options (understatement). It’s always clean and is super comfortable.

Perfect little place for me. If you are going fishing at Fort Smith, that’s about all there is to do there, look for this place. It’s great for one person or a couple, I don’t snuggle with my fishing buddy. Jordan gave me great directions prior to arrival and was super responsive. I’ll definitely try to come back.

My second stay and as easy and convenient as the first. Quiet neighborhood, well located, perfect for a person travelling solo or with their partner. Rated 5 on most categories; Would rate a 5 on Value other than $$$ Airbnb fee that makes it less attractive. Hope to stay again!

Great residential neighborhood, very walkable. Near the Moss Mansion. Easy to get to airport or 90 from the apt. Full size stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, lots of towels in bathroom. Walking distance to a gas station market. Off street parking. Comfortable relaxed vibe. Op

Very cute place with antique furnishings that created a calm, laid-back vibe. It was spotless, with tasteful updates that preserved the home’s charm. The yard was large, well-kept, and perfect for our dogs. The hosts were incredibly kind and flexible. I was able to check-in early, which we really appreciated. The downstairs bedroom was spacious and worked well for our family. Just a heads-up: there are a few steps to enter the home, stairs inside, and some uneven bricks in the backyard—nothing major, just helpful to know for those with mobility concerns. I especially appreciated not having any checkout chores like washing dishes or laundry, which was a huge relief during a high-stress time. Highly recommend for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway!

Exactly what we needed on short notice. Great space and awesome host.

The place is nicely decorated and looks like the pictures. We loved the couch for watching movies. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay. Because it is on the bottom floor and your entrance is through the garage, the kitchen area does not have a lot of natural light. But the other areas have much more light.

She was nice and informative about the place. Her husband was willing to help with whatever we needed help with. They both seemed like really good people.

We had a great time staying here! It’s very close to downtown Billings so we were able to get to many great restaurants quickly! The apartment was very clean and cozy! Our neighbor was very kind as well. Overall a great experience!

Great host and great place! Just a quick overnighter on a cross country move trip but it’s super cute, very clean and great communication with the host. Would recommend!

Yardley was an amazing host. The place looks exactly or better in person than in pictures. The place was clean and included all the basics to make our stay more comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

This is in the heart of downtown and is beautifully designed and classy. Close walking to great sushi, great steaks, and more. It does have all the city sounds which is the price you pay for a great location. Had all the things we could have asked for!

Definitely worth the price. Clean area very comfortable. Only downside was stairs aren’t clearly pictured, although listing does mention stairs. The stairs were extensive and it was difficult to get large luggage pieces up. Outside of that minor issue, it was a comfortable stay in a nice area.

Our stay was comfortable, easy to find with good directions. Our neighbors were quiet and friendly. Loved the chalkboard walls in the bedrooms. Thanks for the waters and reaching out if we needed anything. 5 Stars.

made our hectic race weekend alot less hectic. communication was on point and because of our late arrival our host was well less just say alot more relaxing after the drive. Highly recommend. we had several thousand dollars of gear and bikes and not one single issue. Clean quiet and very relaxing. Thank you guys from the comfort. We will be back

Cute and cozy will be staying there again if we go to billings. Host was very nice to give us a complimentary late checkout for 1pm although was not communicated to the cleaner so she did try to enter but all was well!!
