Access is easy and safe, with asphalt to the condo. We accept small pets with some rules: do not climb on sofas, beds or armchairs. Obs 1.: In winter, swimming pool in maintenance. Obs 2.: condominium with houses under construction, which can generate noise during the week (weekend there is no construction work)
