20 Mile Cottage, Country Escape

Welcome to 20 Mile Cottage on the edge of the Turon Goldfields. Originally a 2 room miners cottage from around the end of the gold rush, the cottage now has open kitchen and living areas, slow combustion fireplace, A/C, lots of places to relax, read or work and 2 bedrooms. There are relaxing country views to enjoy and the cottage is shaded by old yellow box gum trees which cast a beautiful light in the afternoons and early mornings. Be verified to book instantly. We are an Eco Farm Stay and have a spacious self-contained studio room. Location is five minutes’ drive from Orange & 20 minutes’ walk of several wineries. We have beautiful views, garden view from your room & over the town and surrounding countryside. You will find it very peaceful and quiet with a homely feel. You can see the Murray Grey cows, calves or chickens, stroll through our cherry orchard or just do your own thing. We are very approachable but any contact will be your choice.

Nilgiri Cottage is one of two self contained cottages overlooking beautiful, farmland. The cottage is self contained. It is located within 15 kilometres of Bathurst’s Mount Panorama (Warluu) as well as all of Bathurst major sporting fields. A reverse cycle A/C is installed in the main living room. Check in between 3pm and 11pm. Check out 11am. Covered BBQ on the patio. A glass fronted wood fire is in the living room (bring your own wood.) Share laundry, private clothesline. Wifi.
