My family and I were so excited to be able to return this summer, to Kamiron's beautiful place! It exceeded our expectations just like the year before. Kamiron is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful hosts I've ever had, and we hope to return again soon! Her place is fully stocked with everything you might need, it's so clean and decorated so beautifully! We love the cozy beds, the layout of the house, and it's located centered to every restaurant or shop you will love. The beach is stunning to wake up to, and enjoy coffee sitting on the cozy- large porch. I love, that the ocean is just a very short walk from her place. It's all so amazing! We cannot say enough about it! Thanks again for great communication and your lovely home away from home!

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

It was a great experience. It was a 2 minute walk or less to the beach. Great location and great communication. Will definitely be rebooking

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The home was delightful. The ease of getting to and from the beach plus all the beach chairs and amenities Mark provided for the beach really made it all so easy. Our kids loved the pool and the set up. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was easy to find. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, even though the weather was not cooperative, we had an amazing pool and hot tub to always be entertained. Great restaurants within walking distance and the beach was a two minute walk!! Great home, great amenities, wonderful location! We even had an outdoor table break due to a nasty storm and not only was it cleaned up immediately, there was a new table that same day even though it was not necessary. Would love to come back in the future!

This was a great vacation for my family, including two boys ages 10 and 12. Anna Maria Island is a wonderful place! We loved all the local restaurants. The location is perfect right in the middle of the island . We were close to the beach and free the trolley is right out front. We absolutely loved the bagel place next-door and having a grocery store so close. It was nice to have two bathrooms and the boys had their own room to hang out in. The space was clean and the pool was also a nice amenity. Communication with the host was great! We would come back.

We had a perfect week at Anna Marie and Leticia’s home. The place is exactly as it’s described and shown in the photos. You can’t beat the location and it’s literally 50 feet to the beach. It was great to use the pool and hot tub after the day at the beach and night swimming. Leticia is a great host and checked in if we needed anything. Can’t wait to rent again!

We had a great stay at the turtle suite! Perfect getaway for a couple. Very family friendly atmosphere all over the island. The kayaks were a fun perk as well as having our very own pool. Had great neighbors during our entire stay. The house was very clean and was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay ! We even extended our stay and extra day because of how much fun we were having! This location is perfect! It’s close to Publix, restaurants, and literally almost on the beach. Our kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The pool is shared but it never once felt crowded and it was very clean. The condo itself was very nice and clean! Fawn was also very helpful and responsive! Thankful for this great trip!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family came for a week and loved our stay! The beach is a short walk and John’s instructions were clear to the access. The beach as promised was private and beautiful! We came in June, and weather showed rain everyday, but for us it only rained at night and offered beautiful clouds for a beach sunset. A delightful bonus was the shed with beach items and a wagon to help carry things the beach. It was super helpful and much appreciated! My wife, and our two sons (8 and 11), and I had no problem sharing the space. A/C was cool and quiet, showers were nice, and everything clean. Kitchen is small, but great for cooking simple meals. Cookware is all clean and new! If we find ourselves back visiting the Sarasota area again soon, we will definitely stay here again!

As a fellow host on Airbnb, I can certainly appreciate a clean place to stay. So many places fall short of this, but I have to say that Akira’s condo met the mark in cleanliness. The condo is also a short walk to the beach which came in extra handy in the evening when we watched the sun set over the ocean. Overall, we had a great time and would book again!

Gina's place was perfect for our family of 4 visiting AMI. The location is amazing-several houses from the beach and close to both the busier Holmes Beach city area and Bean Point restaurants, shops, piers. It is able to accommodate a (electric) golf cart, plus car parking. The 2nd story unit is the upper story to the owner's home but has a private entrance and feels very separate. The laundry is in separate "shed" area that is shared, but more than adequate for a vacation, which is where the outdoor shower area is. It was nicer than expected based on photos - the living room area is a separate room, with comfortable furniture, off the kitchen providing great relaxing space for the whole family. The kitchen is nice and well stocked with dishes, etc. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the furniture, linens and towels were in good or better condition. Gina provided us with a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys. Everything was in good condition, clean and inviting.

Each room has a bathroom which was super helpful while staying with two little ones. The house was spacious, clean and neat. We spent a lot of our time outdoors enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. It was a dream! The host was super responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. If you are looking for an amazing family getaway look no further. We will definitely come back!

3 couples Spent 9 days of pure relaxation in this charming beach home with the best homey beach vibes and decor. The home is bright and Sunny with a private backyard that looks straight through the garage port to the beautiful ocean waters right from the pool when the garage door is open. The whole front of the house has a beautiful view. Great for sitting out on the deck and people watching . We could even see dolphins out there swimming from the house. All kinds of thoughtful personal touches and amenities were taken into consideration when thinking of guests and their vacation needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again in the future. We felt right at home.

Such an amazing condo!! It’s even better in person, we will definitely be staying here again! The condo has everything you need, host was always responsive if you had any questions, the view to the beach was so beautiful! Overall a 10/10 experience and I will recommend this condo to everyone I know!

We loved staying here. The views from the home are incredible. Especially the sunset. Having the beach as your front yard was an unbelievable experience. True old Florida vibes. The proximity (walkable) to Publix was fantastic for groceries.
