One of the best places I have ever stayed. Staff are SO FRIENDLY AND GENEROUS! Amazing people and I miss them dearly. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this stay if you’re traveling to Vietnam, they will take good care of you and help you with anything you need. Thank you so much!

Khanh and Julia were very responsive, and helpful! We were able to choose various apartments presenting with different home decoration located in the same premises, without to pay any extra fees. The check in was very smooth; although our flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, Khanh was patient and waited to welcome us personally. I highly recommend Khanh and his team, for anyone looking to stay in Ho Chi Minh city with a group of friends or family. The apartments are spacious and clean, well located to visit the city.

Parfait pour nous ! Bon petit café où se détendre, et la chambre était propre. Le lit confortable, la cuisine est équipée pour faire de petits plats. Pour la situation, à 10 minutes à pied de tous les bons restaurants et au calme. Si nous revenons à Saigon, nous reviendrons certainement ici. C&C

From my experience from VN, this is better than I expected. Room space is smaller than what I had a look on the page, yet its pretty cozy and accurate. I may stay there again.

Nhiên is friendly , happy and lovely, cute. The host very nice when we need he help. And in here everything very good, place, bed, space big, and swimming pool so amazing . I will come back here again

Khanh’s place is exactly as advertised! The apartment has a fresh, modern look with a decent balcony view of District 1, space is a great place to help relax from the hustle and bustle of the frantic Saigon city. It’s well located in District 4 right across from river to District 1. I’ve booked a few places in HCMC now and this place is one of my favorites so far. It has a washing machine, racks to dry clothing, and a large kitchen. I didn’t use it much the TV was smart one with fast internet and it had Netflix. The place has 3 rooms with 1 master bath and 1 closer to the living room for the other two rooms. Noise level didn’t seem to travel too far so the walls seemed of a good material. I’ve been to a few apartments in HCMC where the walls were so paper thin that it sometimes was hard to sleep. That wasn’t the case in this apartment! Noise level was acceptable.

Great atmosphere

The unit is situated in the heart of district 1, walkable to Ben Thanh Market, Bui Vien walking street and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Unit is as per photos, it’s down a smaller alley so you will need to walk out to the Main Street for grab/ taxi. But it’s nice and quiet and convenient. Place was clean, easy to get in and out. Only wished the bed and pillow was a bit more comfortable. Mattress and pillows were a bit worn. Great otherwise.

地點非常好(就在范五老街旁邊)，便利商店、逛街、吃東西、咖啡店非常多，完全不用東西，房間和照片一模一樣，很新、乾淨、有個小廚房可以煮東西，離捷運站走5分鐘就到(濱城市場站) 房東非常熱心的幫忙我，而且回覆很快!! 很像家人一樣，很親切!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Personal war immer freundlich und immer hilfreich. Wir sind von dort aus zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelaufen wiez. B. Das Kriegsrestemuseum ihrer einfach zum Frühstücken runter an die Straßenecke. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Sảnh thơm trầm dễ chịu, bình an khi mình đến check in. khăn tắm, drap và mền gối sạch sẽ thơm nắng không bị mùi thuốc tẩy. vị trí trung tâm dễ tìm, gần chung cư nhiều món ăn ngon. đặc biệt có mèo con đáng yêu lắm

This place is great, location is fantastic but I do have a few things I didn’t like Wi-Fi is shared between all customers, so it is very slow. If your working a job that needs Wi-Fi, you are in trouble here a little bit Can be noisy in the mornings due to u staying in D1. Not too noisy to where if u sleep with earplugs that it’s an issue, also bring a sleeping mask as light gets in the morning with no way to cover top windows. Overall though, those are my only complaints Staff were lovely, space was lovely, but what’s stopping me from booking again is the WiFi issue. If they fixed the WiFi, would be 10/10, I’m still giving them 5 stars, as it was really fantastic everything else, but leaving feedback so you are warned.
