Holiday rentals with a patio in Binh Hung

We loved our stay - the apartment was so calm and we felt right at home. It was a great space for a couple and we loved the decor!

This apartment was beautiful, better than we had imagine. Very good price for such an amazing place. The apartment is walkable but also such a close drive to so many attractions such as Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, District 3 with many popular shopping brands!

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent accommodation. The studio apt is small but has everything one needs for an extended stay. I loved the little patio facing the river. The extras really make it special. I didn't get to use the sauna or pools but the gym was adequately outfitted for a good workout. The markets on the first floor level had everything for making your own meals. There are good small eateries in the surrounding area. Grab delivers however google isn't always accurate. The host was very responsive upon arrival and communication was quick and thorough. I really liked this place and will make it one of my top choices when I visit HCM again. I only stayed 2 complete nights this trip but I could easily do a week or two here.

We loved our stay, super clean, beautiful apparently with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt very safe as it’s a gated community. The pool was beautiful but very crowded with families/ young children that are residents of the community. Overall very beautiful place & enjoyed our time.

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. For who smoke, the house have 2 outside smoking area, one place right outside the maindoor on the ground floor and bigger one on the

Tommy's house is in a super convenient location - it's within walking distance to the local market, restaurants, and amazing street food! It also offers easy access to tourist spots like Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame, and more. A big bonus is the adorable little café next door called Dao, which serves delicious baked goods and great coffee made with such intricate preparation. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Tommy is a fantastic host and responds incredibly quickly!

We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!
