We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. If you cross one river, you can meet the latest Ho Chi Minh City.. Can the view/view/night view be in this price range accommodation? Even if you have doubts. There are many restaurants nearby and convenient shopping at GS25.. Grab Taxi is also quick and inexpensive for about 50,000 won by Grab to the middle of downtown District 1 ~ ~ With this accommodation equipped with a living room and a terrace.. The hotel now has nothing to do. It will be the best/best choice.

The apartment is a bit on the pricier side of things BUT if you look for a hassle free accomodations in a building with heaps of locals free washing and great views, this is the place. Aircon was a saviour and the bed was very clean and comfy. location is very central. My Partner and I enjoyed it very much. special thanks also to our host who was very helpful and responsive!

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

We had zeroed in on Naomi's place based on the online reviews and photographs of her place. And her reviews don't lie, her place was awesome! It was centrally located and easy to reach from the airport. Naomi was very helpful with her inputs and was immediately responsive to our queries and requests. She let us check in early on our request without batting an eyelids, ensuring that our check in was smooth as cheese. And her place was as good as he online photographs, if not better. All the things were in order, the bathrooms were swanky clean and the bedrooms were cosy. We used her utensils to cook some food, which were convenient to find. And the check out too was as comfortable. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for all us. Three cheers to Naomi!

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

We were a little surprised at first by this small driveway and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly accustomed. The place was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

The host was very nice, helped us check in, and explained the amenities in detail.The accommodation space is large and suitable for large groups, each room has a toilet, so you don't have to worry about usage problems.If I come to Ho Chi Minh City again, I will choose to stay here again.

I had an excellent stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and professional—any issues that came up were handled quickly and with care. The location is ideal: central enough to access everything easily, but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The property is patrolled by security, so it feels very safe—great for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Street vendors aren’t allowed on the premises, which keeps the area peaceful. There are several convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, and ride services can find you easily. It’s also just a five-minute walk to District 1 by crossing the bridge right outside to get to Saigon Centre, Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street, and other popular areas! I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Everything was perfect

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.
