The place was very nice and quite comfortable. Very responsive host that addresses all issues almost instantly. Easy check-in and out process. Very safe with 24 hrs guards. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, bowls, spoons etc., The bathroom is veryyyyy clean. The rooms and mattress are spotless. I had a peaceful sleep in the air conditioned room. Overall it is a vakuable stay near the airport

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Mansion in Ho Chi Minh! The location is excellent—close to the city centre, making it convenient for leisure. Getting around was easy, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were great, and the environment felt safe and peaceful. It’s also a very affordable option compared to other accommodations in the area, offering great value for money. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme à la maison. Notre hôte a été pro-actif et très réactif à la moindre question. Notre arrivée s'est faite en parfaite autonomie et l'appartement est très bien équipé. J'ai apprécié tous les petits extras (bombonne d'eau potable, dentifrice, savon, gel douche, shampooing, mouchoirs, papier toilette, ...) qui nous a permis de prendre notre temps à notre arrivée et ne pas avoir à courir dans un supermarché. La piscine et l'aire de jeux pour enfants étaient facile d'accès. Le logement est aussi très bien insonorisé malgré la proximité avec l'aéroport et la circulation dense. L'emplacement est central, dans un quartier résidentiel propre et animé. Nous y avons séjourné en famille (2 adultes, 2 jeunes enfants de 3 et 7 ans) pendant 5 nuits et nous y retournerons certainement avant notre voyage retour. Nous recommandons pleinement le logement de Tung!

Họ phản hồi thông tin liên lạc một cách nhanh chóng và nếu có tình huống bất tiện nào xảy ra, họ sẽ xử lý ngay lập tức. Chủ nhà rất tử tế và chăm sóc tôi rất chu đáo, anh ấy còn giải thích mọi thứ rõ ràng để phù hợp với khách. Chỗ nghỉ cũng tốt nhất. Rất sạch sẽ và tôi sẽ sử dụng dịch vụ này lần sau khi đến Việt Nam.

We had a great week-long stay at this Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Each room has both air conditioning and a fan, which was a nice touch. The location is in a peaceful, residential area. Not crowded, but still very convenient. There are two convenience stores (WinMart & Circle K) just around the corner, and plenty of cozy coffee shops nearby. It’s also really close to the airport, which made arrival and departure super easy. The building has a gym and pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use them. The host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. They even arranged a one-time cleaning of the unit, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely stay here again if I return to HCMC!

We chose this property as it was close to the airport for our last days before going home, but the property deserves consideration anyway as it was just lovely. Comfy beds, nice linen/bedding, and the apartment was just so clean and tidy. Friendly host, secure access. Had a supermarket in the building which was very convenient, as were the washer/dryer machine. Highly recommended property.

i felt very welcome by her family during my stay there. The room is cute, sweet and has a cozy ambience. Hope to see you again in a near future.

Very nice place to stay close to the airport

地下にスーパーがあったり、目の前にコンビニがあったり、空港から近かったり、とても便利な場所でした。浴槽は無いです。プールに自由に入ることができます。

The apt. is located in a great place. The neighborhood is very nice. There are many convenient stores around. The apt building is very new and clean with good service. The room is new, fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, one kitchen and a very nice view of the city. The 2 rooms have great views too. It is worthy for a family with a child or a couple who want to stay here for several days or a week. The host is very nice and prepared well before l checked in. He is living in the community as well.

A convenient location to the airport in a nice building with a bunch of food, coffee and tea nearby.

I booked the Airbnb for my mom’s and uncle’s trip to Vietnam from Canada for a little over a month’s stay. The Airbnb is a great choice in the local area compared to the hotels available. My family enjoyed their stay for the cleanliness, security, laundry washer and of course the air conditioning! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Căn hộ sạch sẽ giống như ở trên hình ảnh. Vị trí căn hộ thoáng mát, gần công viên đẹp và rộng lớn Gia Định. Từ căn hộ đi ra sân bay cũng rất tiện. Đặc biệt host Khánh rất nhiệt tình và hoạt bát. E Khánh luôn hỗ trợ và trả lời các thắc mắc của mình rất nhanh chóng. E cũng cố gắng đáp ứng những yêu cầu của mình hoặc đưa ra giải pháp thích hợp nhất để mình có thể ở trong căn hộ này một cách thoải mái nhất. Mình định thuê 1 đêm mà cuối cùng mình ở lại nguyên một tuần. Cảm ơn e Khánh rất nhiều!

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

Stayed here a little over 2 weeks. I was quite satisfied. Nguyen was very good at communicating and even let me check in a bit earlier as an exception which I am grateful for. The room was fine, with a queen bed, giant TV with Netflix, kitchen and bathroom Really liked the access to the pool, the gym. Also very close to the airport and easy to get to main District 1 by taxi.

Хорошая, небольшая квартира. Есть бассейн на втором этаже, во дворе продуктовый магазин. До аэропорта пешком 15-20 минут. Есть весь необходимый набор посуды.
