We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Relax in in this unique and peaceful cottage. You will be living in an old gatekeeper's house, completely renovated ecologically. Enjoy the stunning seaside with wonderful sunsets over the ocean. You will have access to the parc and the huge meadow. Not far from here is Val-André well-known seaside ressort with casino and famous golf course. The "Au Vau Madec" accommodation is located in Pordic, between Saint Brieuc and Binic in a very quiet area in the heart of nature. The hiking trails (GR34, TroBreizh, or Véloroute...), the sea and its pebble beach are minutes away via a small forest trail located at the foot of our property. Committed to an eco-responsible and zero-waste approach within our family, we apply this same philosophy of life within the cottage.

Directly on the Chemin des Douaniers (GR34), to enjoy exceptional panoramas, the house is located in an old fishing hamlet. The whole house and enclosed garden are for you only. The location is authentic, quiet and unknown to tourists. From the house, many walks are possible (Port Jéhan beach, Binic Bay, Chemin des Lavoirs along a stream to Vau Madec Creek. You can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind.

Beachfront house

Here, you are on vacation by the sea, 800 m from the beaches. Walk down to Moulin Beach or Godelins Beach via the seaside trail. The town center, 200 m away, gives you access to all shops. The house is a peaceful oasis, we renovated it with natural and healthy materials. The living room, bathed in light, is open to the kitchen and garden for your summer barbecues.

Escale Tagarine... close to GR34

This small fisherman's house is ideal for discovering part of Brittany, from Trégastel to Fort La Latte, not to mention the charms of the interior, the Landes de Liscuis, Bon Repos, the Monts d'Arrée... You will be quiet, out of sight and a few meters walk from the village, the beach and the GR 34. Étables is nestled between Saint-Quay-Portrieux and Binic.
