Studio in the center of Gouda

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The bustling center of Gouda with the beautiful town hall on the Markt is a 7-minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes are right around the corner. The cheese market is in the summer on Thursdays. There is also a festival site. Gouda is a quiet town, but you won't find total silence here. The station with direct connections to Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Amsterdam is a 15-minute walk away.

Basement next to the forest

We rent the basement under our house as a perfect place for a romantic weekend away, or a week offsite. Our villa is 5 min./ 400 m walk from the Ridderoordse Bos. It is 30 min. by bike/ 10 min. train to Utrecht. A fully equipped apartment with its own entrance of 60 m2 with kitchen, workspace, bedroom with 2 p. box spring (180*220), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and spacious sauna! The patio garden is still under construction and is ready in mid March '25.

Canalhouse-Utrecht

This beautiful apartment is located on the canal opposite the park and only 1 minute walk from the Old Town with restaurants, coffee bars and breakfast places. There are also plenty of transport opportunities around the corner ( bus train and tram ) so that a city trip to Amsterdam is feasible in 30 minutes.
