Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bintaro Jaya

house is good. ada playground sesuai foto, anak2 suka. ada dapur, 3 kmr tidur, 3 kmr mandi. tidak ada washing machine and dryer. overall good. kondisi kamar dan lain2 baik, rapi. thank you so much. ada pool di kompleks. playgroundnya anak2 suka main. ada masak2an, perosotan , kolam bola,ada buku2, ada theater kecil untuk nonton. bunk bed di 2 kmr.

Rumahnya keren banget. Jadi semangat nyari duit kalo nginep di sini, soalnya jadi pengen punya rumah kaya gini lol. Ada colokan di samping kasur (penting!!) dan kemana-mana deket juga. Kalo lagi ke jkt kayaknya bakal nginep di sini lagi

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Rumahnya nyaman, worth it sm harganya. Tempatnya juga strategis. Fasilitas perumahannya oke bgt ada kolam renang, lap tenis dan taman bermain. Anak saya puas bgt nginep disini. Fasilitas didalam rumah juga super komplit, bersih juga. Cuma 1 aja yg minus, listriknya ga cukup klo nyalain 3 ac sekaligus, lsg anjlok. Selebihnya okee smua.. next klo ke daerah sini pasti milih nginep sini lagi deh

I had a great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it super comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it was easy to relax after a long day. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

great place! easy to go from and to with Grab/Gojack. wonderful swimming pool. amazing view!! Kozystay was also really helpful and answered any questions we might have had. if we needed more detergent for washing they also quickly brought it for us. in short a great stay and they delivered on their promises. oh and did i say a great view yet? 😉🙏

Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

The location is also strategic, close to restaurants and public transportation. The host is friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance!
