It's like being in a hotel, everything is impeccably clean and tidy, the attention to detail is remarkable (amenities, hair dryer, two bottles of mineral water, tea and coffee for two, etc.), it's ideal for a couple of days and to explore the surroundings, especially Ecuador Park, with many restaurants nearby (Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean food, etc.). The view is better than we thought! During the day and night you can see the beautiful city. During the stay we did not hear noises from the neighbors and the key lock system is very practical. Totally recommended!

The apartment is charming and you feel right at home. Everything is modern and newly furnished, and I can't complain about cleanliness. I would recommend this apartment and also book it again.

Everything was good and communication with the host was smooth and timely, nice to have a digital lock which makes check-in and out very easy since you don't have to coordinate key delivery and things like that. Raúl is a very good host. Their instructions are super clear so you don't have any problems on your arrival or when you go. The place is great, the view is the same as shown in the photos (you see buildings if you look left but does not affect anything) and the sound of birds/water is very relaxing. Also, everything is spotless upon arrival. Highly recommended if you want peace of mind.

I loved the place, the location was excellent. And the very friendly host. Everything was very well thought out. Perhaps I could only say that a mesh protection for the balcony was missing, for those of us who travel with small children, it's never too much. Everything else was super good.

The loft is spectacular, very comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. The restaurant is very varied and has affordable prices, in addition to the fact that the breakfast is very complete. It's easy to get to and the surroundings are beautiful. We'll definitely be back!
