We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

The Grade-II* listed property has wonderful historical character mixed with modern luxury. Only a 4-minute level walk from the train station & 2-minute walk to the start of the town. Free on-street parking for 1 car (we provide a digital pass for your use). No smoking and sorry no pets.

It is a great place to relax or use as a base to explore the magnificent Herefordshire countryside. Ludlow with its medieval castle and markets and Leominster with its many antique shops are both close by. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome downstairs.
