Welcome to Lofthus 2. From this central and sunny place, the whole group has easy access to whatever it may be. Upgraded to 4 people. The apartment is nice, bright and spacious. This is a newer home. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer and fridge and freezer. There is also parking for several cars. The patio is nice and new with its own lawn. Removable outdoor furniture as well as a small fire pan. There are 2 single beds and 1 double bed with a total of 4 beds. Good space for a baby bed in addition.

The home is located in an established and child-friendly residential area. Right nearby there are nice hiking areas, swimming area and shops. With a bus stop right below the house, you are not dependent on a car. 10-12 minutes drive to Lillesand city center, a fantastic idyllic southern town. Along the waterfront there are restaurants in a row and there is something for every taste to find. From the accommodation it is about 20 minutes drive to the Zoo and about 30 minutes drive to Kristiansand city center.

The apartment is located in the middle of Kaldvell nature reserve which is an eldorado of hiking trails, swimming beaches and nature experiences. We have designed the apartment to be a perfect fit for a small family or 4 people. It has a large sunny terrace with its own gas grill so you can enjoy outdoor food on late south evenings. The apartment is located 100 meters from the sea and has child-friendly beaches just 5-10 min walk away:) The apartment is also only 20 - 25 minutes from the zoo.
