Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Biscayne Gardens

Gabby and Christian might be one of the best hosts Ive had booking with airbnb. They are very kind people. The home was amazing for the group i went with. They have amazing amenities from the pool, smart TV, games, pool table, outdoor space, gaming console etc. The house was spotless clean with welcome goodies. Bathroom was bright and spotless with enough robes and house slippers for my group and I. I really loved how they have everything you need for a perfect beach day. Gabby and Christian have a great home and you can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into their listing. We felt like locals with their recommendations. If you are thinking about booking this home i wouldn’t hesitate! We will be back for sure!

Beautiful space, especially the backyard with the hot tub and all the fresh fruit! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked. The beach chairs and towels were super convenient. Closest beach was about a 15-18 minute drive. Daniel and Orlando were wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend!

if you are coming to visit North Miami, Miami Beach this private Villa is perfect for a family trip to visit South Beach, the host was absolutely amazing The View was absolutely amazing if I could give it 10 Stars I would and I will definitely be staying again with my family we had a great Father's Day weekend thank you so much!

Daniel's place is essentially one of a pair of efficiencies, but it is very nicely cared for and he is a very responsible and responsive owner of the spaces. The bed is comfy, the A/C works quickly and well (although it has a timer to turn off automatically at 10 am, so be aware when you return it will be hot until you turn it on again), and the amenities inside work well for both a short or longer stay (air fryer, microwave, fridge, washing machine). We had no pillowcases upon arrival, late at night, and Daniel responded IMMEDIATELY, and had ones to us within 20 minutes. So I am certain that if something is off during your stay, Daniel will take care of it ASAP. Only notes, the shower wasn't working well and I could not get it to output hot water. Daniel mentioned that it only works on the first 1/3 of its turn, but I couldn't get it to work. The walls are also a bit thin and I could hear the other tenants and the outside drivers, so if you are a light sleeper you may need earplugs

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

This place was perfect for what we were looking for, private and quiet. Perfect!

The room matched the photos. The only downfall was the portable AC unit that was working very hard to keep the room cool at night but overall the stay was perfect. 1 block or so away from the beach was perfect! Plenty of restaurants, CVS & a Walgreens within walking distance. Zero complaints.

Communication with Host was easy and fast, he was very responsive all the time. You had everything you needed, small fridge, microwave, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker, tea, sugar, creamers, bathroom, TV, Wi-fi, parking spot, shampoo and conditioner. I mean everything. Only downside is that they didn’t have chamomile tea. haha, JK! For real, they had everything you needed and they welcomed us with a sprite, coke, water and crackers. Everything was clean and organized and we slept like a baby. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Thank you again Francisco. We will definitely be going back.

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at their condo! Our family of 4 stayed for 7 nights to explore Miami while we were down there for our son’s college orientation. This condo is in the most ideal location…situated by so many delicious restaurants and shops within walking distance and the pristine beach is literally steps away! The front desk attendants were so helpful and friendly and the cleaning staff was an extra bonus which we were pleasantly surprised with! Alex and Sofia were very attentive to our questions and kind and friendly with their communication…top notch! We are Airbnb hosts ourselves, and we are looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Jason and Dave’s rental was beyond our expectations it very close to great restaurants and shopping locations. Through out our stay they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy you trip we can’t wait to come back to visit ☺️

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

This place was great! The view was AMAZING. Prefect amount of room for me and my fiancé. Everyone was so nice and it was super easy to find!
