Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

La Longère

Small charming farmhouse, in the heart of the Reims mountain, among the Champagne vineyards. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

With all the comforts for an unforgettable stay, we will be at your disposal to help you discover our region: cellars, places to visit and superb viewpoints.

Chapters in Champagne

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, within the Montagne de Reims Nature Park, about 13 km (8 miles) from Reims. Les Chapitres, a Gîtes de France–certified vacation rental with a 3-épis rating, offers private access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. A parking space is available near the cottage. E-bike rentals are available upon request to help you explore the area.

The Cocotte

You will stay in an 80 m2 independent apartment. Carefully decorated, this accommodation features a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the living room. In both bedrooms, bed sheets are provided and bath towels will be available to you. Finally, for optimal comfort, we provide coffee capsules, tea... Free parking opposite, close to the center where you will find bakeries, bars, restaurants... as well as many champagne houses.

The Bubble Barn

Located in the heart of the vineyards of the Reims Mountain, the Grange à Bulles was designed to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable. It is located 10 minutes from Reims, and 20 minutes from Epernay by car, close to several UNESCO World Heritage sites. La Grange à Bulles can accommodate 5 guests with its two bedrooms and their private bathrooms, and its sofa bed. A private HOT TUB will allow you to relax at your leisure.

Come and try the Champagne experience in this 45 m2 apartment located in the heart of the capital of Champagne. It includes an entrance serving a spacious and pleasant bedroom, a living room with equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Perched on the 4th floor with elevator in a secure residence, I offer my space with stunning views of the captive balloon and the Moët et Chandon house.
