By bike it is 3 km to the Goitzsche Forest, by car 15 minutes to the free parking lot at Lake Goitzsche.

The absolute highlight of this house is the 25m², individually usable roof terrace. From here, you have a perfect view over the entire area, as well as a great view on the Goitzsche.
