Quiet & private bungalow annexe with parking

CallyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The home owner met introduced himself to us on arrival and was extremely friendly. The property was clean, absolutely spotless and smelt lovely too. The kitchen had a 1 litre bottle of milk in the fridge, bottles of water and a few snacks too, which was thoughtful and kind of the owners. The bathroom was spacious with clean bath linen available to use. My husband forgot his razor and was delighted that a newly packaged disposable razor was available in the bathroom vanity unit. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a brilliant night sleep. The outdoor surroundings were very well kept with lots of plants and it felt whimsical. It was ideal having a parking spot on the drive way too, so our car felt secure over night. We chose this property because of the reviews and photos, as well as being close to the Linden Tree where we attended an event. I absolutely would consider staying here again and would recommend to friends and family too.

Single room with adjacent bathroom

Very quiet area and quiet house. The mattress was sumptuous and so comfy I overslept! Breakfast was offered so I had the scrabbled eggs on toast, in the garden. A great place to stay if you value quality and peace and quiet. Sally was on hand to chat to and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommend this place. Anthony

Double room with great view

DeniseRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Waqar was very quick to respond and helpful to any queries I had. The room was very clean, warm and comfortable. It was also at the back of the house, so it was quiet. However, there was no a lot of room to put your clothes. Two small bedside tables with two draws in each. We were only staying for two nights, but if you were staying for longer, you might have to live out of your suitcase. I was very comfortable staying here and Waqar was very helpful to any needs we had.

Cute, Charming & Central close to City Centre

MaxRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is very good value find, right on The Avenue in Southampton (a big arterial route, for those who don't know the area). Despite it being on such a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet, with convenient parking. The room was very clean and tidy, with lots of lovely natural light. The bathroom was fine. Hosts very helpful and proactiven their communication (including pre-arrival).

Spacious en suite room. River views Southampton

ZuzanaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I had a very pleasant 2 nights stay with Judith & Bud (sorry if spelled incorrectly). They were both very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had everything that I needed. The view at the river from the room was fantastic! The view was a strong reason why I chose to stay at Judith’s, and I wasn’t disappointed. I was very lucky with the weather and was able to have my breakfast in Judith’s beautiful garden, full of gorgeous flowers, mainly tulips. I would be more than happy to stay with Judith & Bud again. Thank you very much for having me!
