In our immediate neighbourhood are a range of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries & shops, including Delselius Bageri, Enskede Matbod, Tomatis Pizza, Thai & Indian take-aways. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.
