Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Blaby District

Nicole and Lee were very helpful and responded to any queries I had quickly when I was booking. Area is nice, apartment was ideal and not a bad drive to the NEC which is why we had booked. Probably took us about 20-25 mins to the NEC with traffic but it was an easy drive. Apartment had everything we needed to be self sufficient and there was a Sainsbury’s a few mins drive away so we could stock up on shopping. Thanks!

I had a great stay. The instructions were clear, and the place was beautifully decorated and spotless. The bedding and furniture were brand new, and I had everything I needed. The host was great!

All was good. nice apartment as described in a decent building and just a few minute's walk from the centre. It's worth mentioning that there is also a decent NCP carpark very close so you can keep your car undercover at reasonable cost if you want.

This is a great apartment with modern fixtures and fittings, tastefully designed and decorated. The place has WiFi as well as free secure parking and is close to Birmingham city centre. Esther was great, she was responsive and always at hand to answer our queries. Nice place to stay, I would recommend.

I was very pleased with the bedsit which is spacious and adequately furnished. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I also liked the carpet which is excellent for exercises.

Lovely little place right in the heart of the city. Great location, great host and great parking!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

Very lucky to have found this gem of a property at short notice. Moving house with a young baby and needed a bridging home so to speak - for a week. The host is very responsive to all communications, very very helpful and accommodating to small changes and the property itself is excellent. Really same and cosy, they had a Christmas tree set up with the lights on. Felt right at home straight away. Highly highly recommend . Thank you

Na was a super host! The property is located in a very nice and quiet residential area. What you see on the listing is exactly how the property looks. Very clean and spacious. We even wanted to extend our stay. We will surely be back again, this now our go to place when we visiting Birmingham. Thank you Na for accommodating all our needs.

Bill’s place is very central which makes getting around very easy. The flat is comfortable and Bill was very easy to communicate with.

Ryan is excellent in hosting. He was welcoming and friendly. His place is very spacious, super clean and equipped with all things necessary. And the view of the city from his balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.
