The apartment is located in ,probably, most beautiful part of the town, overlooking the Old town of Korčula. Distance from the center of the town is just a few minutes walk,also Old town. There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). The house has environment friendly electricity through solar energy to keep the Island of Mljet as natural as possible.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.
