Relax with the whole family at this furnished, four-bedroom home situated in the quaint historial village of Benburb. The home offeres full amenities suitable for families up to six people or for business travelers. Located within walking distance to Benburb Priory, an area of outstanding natural and scenic beauty, including Benburb Castle and River Blackwater. There is a local shop, pub and cafe. The M1 motorway is a ten minute drive, and Moy, Armagh and Dungannon are all mintues away by car.

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.
